DESIGN FOR A BOSOM-PROTECTOR.
PECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 22,857, dated October31, 1893.

To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, MARIANNE BENDL, a subject of the Emperor of Austria-I-Inngary, residing in Vienna, in the Empire of Austria- Hnngary, have invented and produced a. new and original Design for Bosom-Protectors, (for which I have obtained patents in Austria- Hungary, No. 3,909, Tome 42 XXVI, folio 3,899; in Switzerland, No. 6,320; in England, No. 18,278; in France, No. 225,330; in Belgium, No. 101,724; in Spain, No. 13,869; in Italy, N0. 32,834.,and in Norway, No. 2,873,) of which the following is a specification.
Figure 1 is a front elevation of a bosom protector embodying my design. Fig. 2,isa. rear and Fig. 3 is a side elevation of the same.
The leading features of this design consist in the conical raised front portions of the bosom protector, the ribbon like ornamentation of the arm and neck holes and the band like ornamentation of the lower edge of the protector.
In the drawings a represents the front of the bosom protector, which is provided with two conical shaped projections c cornamented by star like rows of stitching at. These conical projections are shown in side elevation in Fig. 3.
Around the edges of the arm holes are ribbon like ornamentations e and around the neck opening a ribbon like ornamentationf.
The lower edge of the bosom protector terminates in a broad band like ornament b.
hat I claim is-- The design for a bosom protector,snhstantially as shown and described.
