DESlGN FOR AN ANTIRATTLER FOR WHIPS.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 22,833, dated October 10, 1893.

Application filed August 11,1893. Serial No. 482,942. Term of patent 3% years.

Be it known that we, SAMUEL F. MILLIRON and JACOB PREISS, citizens of the United States, residing at Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, have invented a new and original Design for an Antirattler for \Vhips, of which the following is a specification.

The design is shown in the accompanying drawings, in which- Figure 1 is a perspective view of the antirattler. Fig. 2 is an edge view of the same.

A circular collar or hub, a, has a. round hole, I), and flat short fingers or tangs, 0, rediate from the exterior of the hub; said tangs are of uniform length and have straight radial edges which form V-shaped notches between adjoining tangs; and the two ends. a, of the collar or hub project at opposite sides beyond the plane of the tangs.

What we claim is- The design for an anti-rattler for whips as herein shown and described.
