DESIGN FOR A SUSPENDER-BUCKLE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 22,309, dated March 28, 1893.
Application filed January 21, 1893. Serial No. 469,269. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, THOMAS J. FLAGG, of New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and useful Design for Suspender-Buckles; and I do hereby declare that the following is a. full and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, making a part of this specification.
The drawing presen tsa perspective view of a suspender buckle embodying my design.
The leading feature of my design consists more particularly in the shape and ornamentation of the parts as herein shown.
The back A of the buckle is formed as usual and maybe varied without atfecting my invention which is concerned with the shape and ornamentation of the jaw B. The
upper, straight, horizontal portion of the jaw B, has a row of small bosses o, 0. Below this straight portion is a. semi-circular portion 1) having a semi-circular row of small bosses and a series of radiating lines or bosses. Below the semi-circular portion D and connecting the same to an open loop I) is a portion E having a series of vertical lines thereon.
I claim as my invention- The design for a suspender buckle, as herein shown and described.
