PAIL HOOK.
No, 24,110. Patented Mar. 12, 1895 WITNESSES: INVEN TUB UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE SPENCER C. CARY, OF BALDiVIN, NEW YORK.
DESIGN FOR A PAIL-HOOK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,110, dated March 12, 1895. Application filed October 15, 1894. Serial No. 525,994- Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, SPENCER C. CARY, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of Baldwin, Queens county, New York, have invented and produced a certain new, useful, and original Design for a Pail- Hook, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part of the same, in which the single figure is a perspective view of a pail-hook, exhibiting my new design.
The article is a pail hook and the design consists in a long flat narrow body, having an elongated opening extending from one face to the other, between the ends, together with prongs at the ends extending from the main body of the material, at about right angles and all in the same direction, and these are the essential features, the long, flat, narrow body with the elongated opening, extending 20 from one face to the other and the prongs, extending from the ends and all in one direction; while the appearance of lightness the opening produces is a distinct addition to the attractiveness of the appearance of the article of manufacture produced.
\Vhat I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a. pail hook substantially as herein shown and described.
In testimony that I claim the foregoing as my invention I have signed my name, in presence of two witnesses, this 13th day of October, 1894.
