DESIGN FOR A BALLOON.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,874,

dated September 27, 1892.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, THOMAS E. DIXCY, a citizen of the United States, residing at East Orange, Essex county, New Jersey, have invented a new and original Design for a Balloon, fully described and represented in the following specification and the accompanying drawings, forming a part of the same.

This design consists in the shape for a toy balloon shown in the annexed drawings, in which- Figure 1 is an elevation slightly in perspective, and Fig. 2 a central vertical section, of an article embodying my design.

The article resembles a hat in shape, of which a is the body, and b the brim.

c is the bottom of the balloon, which is encircled by the brim and is of conical shape, projected downwardly, and provided with the central aperture (1.

The essential features of the design are the body a and brim 12, together resembling a hat, and the downwardly-projecting conical perforated bottom 0, arranged as above described.

Having thus set forth the nature of the design, what I claim herein is The design fora balloon herein shown and described, having the shape of a hat body a and brim b, with downwardly-proj eeting conieal perforated bottom 0, substantially as herein set forth.
