DESIGN FOR A CASE FOR ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 19,895, dated June 10, 1890.
Application filed May 12, 1890. Serial No. 351,564. Term of patent 14 yeam,
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, EDWARD WESTON, of Newark, Essex county, New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Cases for Electrical Instruments, of which the following is a specification.
My design consists in the novel configuration of the inclosing-case ofan electrical instrument, substantially as hereinafter set forth.
The accompanying drawing shows a case embodying my design in perspective view.
The upper surfaceAof the case is flat, and its walls are vertical and appear as follows: On each side of the wall B and at right angles thereto appear walls 0 D, parallel to one another. Adjacent to the wall D is a wall E, standing at an angle to said wall D. Adjacent to the wall 0 is a wall F, standing at an angle to said wall 0. The angle made by the wall E to wall D is equal to the angle made by the wall F towall (3., Extending between the extremities of walls E and F is a curved wall G. The said walls appear continuous, and the angles at their points of meeting may appear rounded.
In the upper surface A may appear a circular opening H and a curved opening I; but said openings are not essential to my design.
The drawing shows the case to which my design is applied mounted on a rectangular base or support J.
I claim The design for an instrument-case, substantially as herein shown and described.
EDWARD WESTON.
