FIG. 3 is a fragmentary top perspective view thereof taken from the right of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view taken substantially along the line 4-4 of FIG. 2.

Our design is characterized by a cap sealed bottle having a convexly rounded top portion merging with a skirt portion which terminates in an annular channel formed in the bottle, said top portion having a tear strip thereon with a depending tab extending below said annular channel, all as shown.

We claim: The ornamental design for a cap sealed bottle, substantially as shown and described.
