DESIGN FOR A CURTAIN-POLE END.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 19,582, dated January 14, 1890.
Application filed December 13, 1889. Serial No. 333,691. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that l, RUDOLPH LAU, of Hoboken, in the county of Hudson and State of New Jersey, a citizen of the United States, have invented a new and original Design for Curtain-Pole Ends, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a design for curtain-pole ends, whereby an ornamental shape isimparted to the same; and the design eonsists of a curtain-pole end composed of a spherical body having an annular band extending around said body, raised ribs at both sides of said band, and beads on said band.
The nature of my design is fully shown in the accompanying drawing, to which reference is made.
A represents the spherical body of my improved curtain-pole end; B, a band which extends centrally around said body, and C G annular ribs at both sides of the band B. D D are hemispherical beads arranged on the band B, by which a Very ornamental appearance is given to the curtain-pole end.
Having thus described my design, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The design for a curtain-pole end, as herein shown and described, consisting of a spherical body A, an annular band 13, extending around said body, ribs C C at both sides of said band, and hemispherical beads D D on the band, substantially as set forth.
