DESIGN FOR. RADIATOR ORNAMENTATION.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 18,314, dated May 15, 1888.
Application filed June 10, 1887. Serial No. 240.954. Term of patent '1 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that 1, CHARLES H. Honuns, a citizen of the United States, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of 5 Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Radiators, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a view in elevation of a single pipe or loop radiator illustrating my design, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a multiple-loop radiator having the same ornamentation.
My design consists in a radiator having a. section of ornamental leaves located between the top and bottom of each vertical radiator pipe or loop and a vertical rib or bead traversing the surface of the pipe or loop between 20 its upper and lower ends and intersecting the section of ornamental leaves.
A designates the section of ornamental leaves, and B the rib or head, on the single pipe or loop radiator, while A and B designate the corresponding ornamentation of the multipleloop radiator.
\Vhat' I claim is-- lhe design for a radiator, which consists in a section of ornamental leaves located between the top and bottom of each vertical radiatorpipe or loop and a vertical rib or head traversing the surface of the pipe or loop between its upper and lower cnds and intersecting the section of ornamental leaves, as herein shown and described.
