DESIGN FOR A PANEL.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 17,185, dated March 15, 1887.

Application filed December 30, 1EE6. Serial No. 223,058. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, FREDERICK MANKEY, of VVilliamsport, Lycoming county, Pennsyl Vania, have invented and produced a new and 5 original Design for Panels, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photograph forini ng part hereof.

My design consists in the elevated flat-sur- IO faced parallelogram A, having curved or nels, G H I J, the pnrellelogrmns C D show- 0 rounded edges. Parallel to and at each side of said parallelogram A are narrower parallelograins B C D 1*], also having rounded upper surfaces. lhe pnmllelogrmns C D are I5 shorter than the parallelograins B B. At each corner of the design are the square elevations F, having rounded upper surfaces. Between the parullelograms are channels H G and I J Upon the rounded upper surfaces of the par allelograms O D appears a, different grain 2o marking from that which appears upon the parallelograms A E B.

I claim-- The design forapunehsubstmitial ly as herein shown and described, which consists in the 2 raised fiat-surfaced purallelogrmn A, having rounded edges, the raised parullelograms I C l) E, and the square elevations F, having rounded surfaces, and the intermediate chaning on their upper surfaces a difl'ercnt grainmarking from that which appears on the parallelograins A B E.
