DESIGN FOR A MOLDING.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 16,523. dated February 16,1886.

To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, Fnnnnnmx LTANKEY, of Villinmsport, Lyooming county, Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and 5 original Design for Moldings, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photograph, formin part hereof.
pen the surface of the molding are trianro gnlar pyramidal elevations A. Between said elevations are channels B 0, extending diagonall'y across the surface in alternately opposite directions. Each alternate pyramid has a side, D, parallel to the edge of the molding.
15 The angle of inclination of said side with referenee to the surface of the molding is greater than that of the remaining inclined sides of the pyramid.
I claim- The design for ainolding, herein shown and described, which consists in the pyramidal elevations A and the channels 13 0. each alternate pyramid having one side parallel to the edge of the molding, the said pyramidal elevations faces a diiierent grain-marking from that which appears in said channels.
