SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 15,980` dated March 17, 1885.

To all whom, 1315 may concern.-

Be it known that I, WILLIAM T. SMITH, a citizen of the United States, residing at Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Rug; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print accompanying thisspecitication conveys to any one skilled in the art a clear understanding of the same, and is sufficient to enable such person to use my invention.

The leading feature of my design consists in the representation of two peacocks with folded plumage, a plain center, and the whole surrounded by ornamental borders, as shown in the photographic print.
