13e it known that I, EDUAnD LEIssNEE, of New York7 in thc county and State ot' New York, have invented a` new und originel .Design for Tall-Paper, ot' which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to a new and originel design for walipaper and similar fabrics; and it consists in the novel grouping and configuration of figures hereinafter more fully described The accompanying' photograph illustrates a face View of wall-paper having my new design.

The l'mckground ofthe paper consists ot' a series oi" lozenge-shaped figures, A, placed in varying directions. Each ot' these figures A is ornamented with a zigzag pattern running from end to end. On this background so ornmnented are placed the several figures and groups hereinafter described.

a is a group consisting ot' two Heuer-like figures, one overlapping the other. b is a group which appears in the corner ot' the design, but holt' the group being shown in each corner. lt consists in a circle containing leaves und partly overlapping a rosette.

(l is :t group consisting' of a circular ligure with dotted lines radiating from its center, partly overlapped by a. flower-shaped figure, resembling a daisy. fis a group composed ot' two circular figures, the one ornfnnented with dots and arcs of flower-shaped figures and overlapped by the other, which has au ornamentation of oblong leaves. g is a circular tigure with e star-like center surrounded by radiating leaves.
