Be it known that I WALTER T. Scnnonnnn, a cltizen of the Un1ted.States,'residi at Omaha, in the county of Douglas and tate of Nebraska, have invented certain new and usefuLImprovements in Hat-Pin Protectors, ofwhich the following is a specification.
