Be it known that I, GEORGE EDWARD OLEETCN, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven, and

`State of Gonnecticut, have invented a new Improvenient in Folding OhickenCoop; and I do herebyjde-` a clare the following, when taken in connection with'the accompanying drawings, and the letters of reference marked thereon, to `be a full, clear, and exact descrip-` tionof the same, and `whichsaid drawings constitute part of this specilication, and represent, in-` Figurel, a perspective view of the coop as set up; Figure 2, the top and perch detached; l `FLgure 3a transverse section; and in` Figure 4, a top view, with he cover or topremoved.

when not in use, or'in folding the coop.

Thebottom' is also formed in two parts, as seen in `fig. 3, and each part hinged at its outer edge, so as to fold up against its own side, as denoted in broken lines', iig. 3, and the bottom is iitted, so that vwhen turned down, it holds the ends extended, and prevents their folding; but when the bottom is turned up, the

parts may he folded, as seen in fig. 4.

The top consists of the framework of the two sides EF, `so as to lie'betwee'n the sides, and connectedby Cross-ties G G,`which rest against the posts and. on the upper ties B, so that when the coop is opened,
