INIPROVEMENT IN CHURN-DASHER.
The Schedule referred to in these'Letters Patent and making paxt of the same- To all whom it ma/y concern:

tions, one-fourth of an inch in diameter and half an inch apart. Its height is always adjusted to the height of the fluid to be churned, the rule being, that in all cases its top must rise above such fluid, and never be immersed therein.
The lower end of this cylinder is never fastened to the churn-bottom, but is allowed to sit loosely thereon..
In actual use, th'e milk or cream is forced back and forth through the apertures of the cylinder .H with great rapidity, thereby breaking the caps that enclose the butter, and releasing the same.
By allowing the cylinder to remain unfastened,I am enabled to remove and clean the same without diiculty.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
A churn, having jar A, dasher-stall` B, dasher O, and removable perforated cylinder H, constructed and arranged substantially as specified.

have invented a new and valuable Improvement 'in Ghurn-Dashers; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description ofthe construction and operation of the same,reference being had to the annexed drawings, making a part of this specification, and to the letters and figures of reference marked thereon.
