With these and other objects in view the invention consists in the construction and novel combination and arrangement of parts hereinafter fully described, and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it being understood that various changes in form, proportions, and minor details of construction may be resorted to within the scope of the appended claims.

In using, the device the lash end of the whip is introduced between the free ends of the fingers 11 and pressed downwardly until the knot 13 bears against the walls of the opening 13, and in which position the whip will be supported from the buggy-top and maintained in a straight position by the weight of the lower end of the handle of said whip. In order to remove the whip, it is merely necessary to exert a slight upward movement on the lash end of the latter when the whip -may be quickly removed, as will be readily understood.

While the holder is especially designed for use in connection with-buggies and similar vehicles, it is obvious that the same may be used for displaying whips in stores or used showing the same in position on a bug y-top. Having thus described the invention, what is claimed is 1.
