Beit known that I, EDWARDJ. MILLER, a citizen of the United States of America, re-

siding at Cambridge Springs, inthe county, .of Crawford and stia@ of Pennsylvania, have invented certain new ments in Bottles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings.

This invention relates to certain new and useful improvements in bottles; and the inparticularly to bottles that cannot be refilled and disposed of as the original article. n

It is a well-known fact'that certain parties refill bottles that once brands of liquids with an` inferior article and represent and dispose of the same as the original article.

The primary object of .this invention is to dispense with this nefarious practice by devising a bottle which cannot be refilled 'surreptitiously and fraudulently sold as the original article, the bottle being of such a construction as to be disgured when it is first opened.

The preferred embodiments of my invention, which will be hereinafter more fully described id then specifically pointedout in the claims, are illustrated in the accompanyin 1 drawings, wherein* igure 1 is avertical secti'onalview of a por- .lion of the bottle constructed in accordance with my invention.
