Be it known that I, ALEXANDER GAEBNOW, of `the town of Potsdam, county ofSt.' Lawrence, .jmd State of New York, have invented a new and improved Bolt-Cutter; and I hereby declare that the'followin'g is a full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation of the same,'reference being Ahad tothe annexed drawings, making a part of this specification, in which- I i Figure 1 is a. perspective view of said bolt-cutter.
