TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CON CERN Be it known that I, JOSHUA PUSEY, of the city 0i' Philadelphia, county of Philadelphia, and-State of Penn Sylvania, have invented a' new and improved Toy and I d hereby declare that the fnllowingis a full, clear, and exa-et description 0f the construction and operation of Athe same, reference'beinghad to the accompanying 'drawings making a part of this specification, and showing a perspective view of my toy.
The object of my invention is to' provide an amusing toy to be used as a cane.

Having'thus described my invention, its construction and operation, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States, is 4 n A toy, arranged, constructed, and operating in the manner as abovcrset forth'and described.
