Having now described my invention, what I claim is 1. In a device of the class described, the combination with a box having a hinged lid, of a member removably secured to the lid and covering one side thereof, and means on said member for retaining the lid at an angle to the box and for elevating the rear end of the box, substantially as specified.
2. In a device of the class described, the combination with a box having a hinged lid, of a plate secured to the inner side of the lid and constructed to embrace the edges at the top and ends thereof, and means on the plate for holding the lid at an angle to the box.
3. In a device of the class described, the combination with a box having a hinged lid, of a plate slidably mounted on the lid and having marginal flanges to embrace the edges one side of the lid and provided at its opposite ends With flanges disposed parallel with the under face of the body portion and adapted to embrace the other side of the lid at its ends, and arms on the flanges extending'below the same and into engagement with the box.
5. In a label and lid-holder, a box, a lid hinged to the box, a plate adapted to be removably secured to the lid and flexible arms attached to said plate and adapted to project below the bottom of the box to sustain the box at an angle to the counter and hold the lid at an angle to the box.
6. In a label and lid -holder, a box, a lid hinged to the box, a removable plate extending across the inner face of the box and adapted to grasp the edges of the lid at opposite ends thereof, and flexible arms secured to the plate and adapted to engage the box to hold the lid at any angle to the box.
