To ALL WHOM 1T MAY ooNcEENf Be it known that I, EDWARD FELix STEPHENS, of the borough of Towanda, in the countyof Bradford, and State of'Pennsylvania, liave invented av new andimproved'Crd or Label-Ilfloldelj to facilitate the attaching, removing, and changing cards or labels from drawers, boxes, and so forth; and Itdo hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof, reference bei-ng had'to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, making'a part of this specification. f

To form the holder from a plate as represented in iig. No. 1, -bend the points marked C D E and F back`- ward at right angles to the plate, which is designed to secure the plate to the drawer, box,or sQ-for'th, to be labelled; bend the borders G, H, and I vforward upon the face of the plate, so that` the margins'J, K,'and L will remain at M N, and O, leaving a suicient space between the flanges so turned and the body of the plate as to allow of an easy insertion or withdrawal of the card or label'.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure byLetters Patent, is
The form-of the plate as cut out of one piece of metal, the points marked C, D, E, and l", which secure Vthe holder to the drawer or so forth, without the use of nails or other means of fastening, and the anges G, H, and I, so turned as to hold the card orvlabel, and permit lthe same vto be changed viithout detaehingl the holder.
