I construct 'my sofa of a stationary framework about six feet long and two to three feet wide, (the size' may be varied to-suit .taste or convenience,) and an adjustable back the same length as the stationary-frame, and itmay be made the seme width as the seatcushon box, or otherwise. 1 l v 'g The stationary frame'is made of the two endpieces bb of sniicient height to form the arms of the sofa, the front'board, a, ofthe cushiom box extending the whole length of the sofa,
