CABINET Filed March 1o, 1948 3 its opposite side edges in notches 32 in the side walls I I and I2 of the cabinet.
The cabinet is provided with a switch button 33 protruding through the wall defining the door opening I6 for engagement by the rear side edge of the door I 1. The switch button 33 is connected with the bulbs 24 by conductor Wires (not shown) for connecting the bulbs in an electric circuit so as to illuminate the cabinet when the door isiopenediand lior breaking 'the circuit when the doorlis closed.
What is claimed is:
A cabinet having a rear wall, opposite Iside walls, top and bottom walls and a front wall having an opening, said side walls having grooves in the inner faces thereof respectively mcan'ged in oppositely disposed relation and located .in spaced relation from the bottom wall of the cabinet, a transparent horizontally disposed 'partition secured at its ends in said grooves to divide the' interior of said 'cabinet .into upper =andflower compartments, vertical :panels .of translucent .material yarranged yin said upper compartment 'and supported on said partition in laterally .fspaced relation from said -side Walls respectively 4vto thereby provide a space vbetween said'side Walls fand vsaid panels `respectively, upper fand lower brackets secured to said front and rear walls and engaging over the edges of said vertical panels for securing the same in upright relation, and a transparent shelf arranged between said vertical panels and supported on said upper brackets.
