  • the application surface 132 is formed on one surface of the application portion 130 , for example, an outer side of the application portion 130 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , so as to come into contact with the skin of the user and apply the cosmetic 30 on the skin of the user.
  • the contact surface 134 may be the other surface of the application portion 130 , for example, a portion where the application portion 130 abuts the first portion 112 , so that the contact surface 134 of the application portion 130 may be coupled with the first portion while abutting the first portion.
  • the horizontal cross section of the application portion 130 has a width which may gradually increase as it goes from the end point of the lower end portion a, have a maximum value at a first point X 1 and decrease as it goes from the first point X 1 to the end point of the upper end portion b.
  • the first point X 1 may be located closer to the end point of the lower end portion a than to the end point of the upper end portion b.
  • the width of the application portion 130 varies, and thus the tip applicator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention can control the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 depending on the position in the application portion 130 .
  • the width of the lower portion of the application portion 130 is greater than the width of the upper portion of the application portion, most of the cosmetic 30 captured by the lower portion of the application portion having a large width is wiped and small amount of the cosmetic 30 captured by the upper portion of the application portion having a small width is removed when passing through the wiper 12 at the time of the extraction of the tip applicator 100 , and thus it is possible to control the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 depending on the position of the application portion 130 .
  • the thickness L 2 of the application portion in the lateral cross section may gradually increase as it goes from the end point of the lower end portion a, may have a maximum value at a second point X 2 , and may gradually decrease as it goes from the second point X 2 to the end point of the upper end point b.
  • the thickness L 2 of the application portion 130 is a length from the contact surface 134 of the application portion 130 to the application surface 132 , and may mean a height of the application portion 130 .
  • the tip applicator 100 can easily come into contact with a lip at both the upper end portion and the second point X 2 which are different from each other in terms of the thickness of the application portion 130 .
  • the second point X 2 may be located closer to the end point of the lower end portion a of the application portion 130 than to the end point of the upper end portion b as shown in FIG. 3 .
  • the thickness of the application portion 130 varies, and thus the tip applicator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention can control the capture amount of the cosmetic depending on the position in the application portion 130 .
  • the sum of the thickness L 2 of the application portion 130 and the thickness L 3 of the first portion 112 becomes greater as it goes to the second point X 2 , and becomes less as it goes to the end point of the upper end portion b, so that, when passing through the wiping hole 12 a of the wiper 12 at the time of the extraction of the tip applicator 100 , the largest amount of the cosmetic 30 can be wiped from the second point X 2 having the sum of the thicknesses of the application portion 130 and the first portion 112 greater than the cross sectional area of the wiping hole.
  • the application portion 130 may be convex forward and shaped like a whale's belly. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , the application portion 130 may be formed in a streamlined or a curved shape in its horizontal cross section and its lateral cross section, and however it is not limited thereto.
  • the application surface 132 of the application portion 130 may be provided with the capture amount control portion 150 , and thus the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 captured by the application surface can be controlled thereby.
  • the capture amount control portion 150 can allow the user of the tip applicator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention to feel various application feelings and to use an appropriate position in the application portion 130 according to a use purpose.
  • the capture amount control portion 150 may include a capture recess 152 formed in at least a portion of the application surface 132 in order to increase the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 . Further, the capture recess 152 may extend in the other side of the application portion 130 , for example, as shown in FIG. 2 , along a length direction of the application portion 130 from an upper side to a lower side of the application portion.
  • the capture recess 152 may extend from the upper end portion including the end point of the upper end portion b of the application portion 130 , or as shown in FIG. 2 , may extend downward from a portion spaced from the upper end portion.
  • the tip applicator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention can allow the user to feel various application feelings depending on the position.
  • the capture recess 152 can control the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 captured by the capture recess 152 by changing at least one of a depth d and a width w along the length of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture recess 152 may cause the capture amount to decrease as it goes downward from the upper end portion of the application portion 130 by gradually narrowing the width w or gradually shallowing the depth d along the length of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture recess 152 may be formed such that the depth becomes deeper or the width becomes wider as it goes to the upper end portion of the application portion 130 . In this case, the depth d or the width w of the capture recess 152 may be gradually shallowed or narrowed like gradation effect.
  • the tip applicator 100 can cause the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 captured by the application portion 130 to differ according to the position in the application portion 130 , so that the user can feel various application feelings and use an appropriate position in the application portion 130 according to the use purpose, thus performing various functions such as wide application and fine change with one product.
  • the cross section of the capture recess 152 may have an approximately triangular shape whose width w decreases as its depth d increases, but it is not limited thereto.
  • the cross section of the capture recess 152 a may have an approximately semi-circular shape as shown in FIG. 5A , or the cross section of the capture recess 152 b shown in FIG. 5B may have an approximately rectangular shape, whereby the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 captured by the capture recesses 152 a , 152 b can be controlled.
  • the capture recess 152 may extend over a portion of an entire length of the application portion 130 from an upper portion side to a lower portion side of the application portion 130 along the length direction of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture recess 152 of the application portion 130 may not be formed in the lower portion of the application portion 130 proximate to the support portion 110 , so that less amount of the cosmetic 30 can be captured by the lower portion of the application portion 130 than by an upper portion of the application portion 130 in which the capture recess 152 is formed, and the user may cause the capture recess 152 formed in the upper portion of the application portion 30 to capture the cosmetic 30 , apply thus captured cosmetic 30 on a skin surface of the user and then spread thus attached cosmetic on the skin surface using the lower portion of the application portion 130 .
  • a capture recess 252 of the capture amount control portion 150 a may extend along the length direction of the application portion 130 over an entire length of the application portion 130 from the upper portion side to the lower end portion of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture recess 152 , 252 may be formed plurally and the plurality of capture recesses 152 , 252 are disposed to be spaced apart from each other in the width direction.
  • a density of the capture recesses 152 , 252 per unit area of the application portion is greater at the upper portion side than at the lower portion side.
  • the tip applicator 100 , 200 can cause the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 to be greater at the upper portion side than at the lower portion side, and thus various functions can be realized with one product, such that the wide application can be performed by the upper portion side of the application portion 130 while fine change can be performed by the lower portion side whose capture amount is less than that of the upper portion side.
  • a capture recess 352 of the capture amount control portion 150 b may extend along the width direction of the application portion 130 within a portion of an entire length of the application portion 130 from the upper portion side to the lower portion side of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture recess 352 may be formed plurally and the plurality of capture recesses 352 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other in the length direction of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture recess 352 can cause the capture amount to decrease as it goes from the upper end portion to the lower end portion of the application portion 130 by gradually shallowing the depth d or gradually narrowing the width w along the length of the application portion 130 .
  • the capture amount can increase as it goes from the lower end portion to the upper end portion.
  • a capture recess 452 of the capture amount control portion 150 c may be formed in a shape of an ellipse or closed curve along a side surface of the application portion. Further, the capture recess 452 may be formed plurally, and the plurality of capture recesses 452 a , 452 b may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other along a height (thickness) direction.
  • the capture amount can increase as it goes from the periphery to the center.
  • the tip applicator 100 , 200 , 300 , 400 can cause the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 captured by the application portion 130 to differ by means of the capture recess 152 , 252 , 352 , 452 of the capture amount control portion 150 , 150 a , 150 b , 150 c , so that the user can feel various application feelings and use an appropriate position in the application portion 130 according to the use purpose, thus realizing various functions such as wide application and fine change with one product.
  • a portion of the capture amount control portion 150 , 150 a , 150 b , 150 c may be provided with a flocking surface 154 formed in a portion of the application surface 132 .
  • the flocking surface 154 may be formed in such a type that a plurality of small fibers are attached to the application portion 130 through a flocking process, said application portion being constituted with a molded product made by injecting thermoplastic material.
  • the tip applicator 100 , 200 , 300 , 400 according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with the flocking surface 154 formed on the application surface 132 , it is possible to capture a greater amount of cosmetic 30 compared to in a case where only the application surface 132 captures the cosmetic 30 .
  • the tip applicator 100 which is intended for applying cosmetic on keratin surface of a user, such as lips or skin, may include the support portion 110 , the application portion 130 and at least two surfaces which have different capture amounts of the cosmetic 30 .
  • the application portion 130 may be provided with a first surface S 1 and a second surface S 2 which are formed on the application surface 132 and have different capture amounts of the cosmetic 30 .
  • the first surface S 1 may be formed to extend along the length direction of the application portion 130 from the upper end portion of the application portion to downward.
  • the second surface S 2 may be connected to the first surface S 1 and be formed to extend along the length direction of the application portion from the first surface S 1 to the lower end portion of the application portion.
  • the first surface S 1 may be different from the second surface S 2 in terms of the capture amount, and the capture amount of the first surface S 1 may be greater than that of the second surface S 2 . Further, the first surface S 1 may have the capture amount of the cosmetic which gradually decreases as it goes from the upper side of the tip applicator to downward along the length direction of the application portion.
  • the tip applicator 100 can allow the user to feel various application feelings according to the capture amount, and to use a suitable position of the application portion 130 depending on the use purpose, so that various functions, such as wide application or fine change can be performed with one product.
  • the tip applicator 100 can control the capture amount of the cosmetic 30 captured at once, so that overlay application is possible without several captures, thus improving convenience in use.
