Since only the second surface 42 of the elastic body 40 deforms in the tight state Q 2 , and the elastic body 40 does not excessively deforms in the tight state Q 2 , thereby reducing twist or damage of the elastic body 40 due to screwing.
  • the elastic body 40 is fixed on the first main body 20 by heterogeneous integral molding, heterojunction molding, or hot mold opening molding, a gap does not form between the elastic body 40 and the first main body 20 , and therefore liquid does not permeate between the elastic body 40 and the first main body 20 during use, which not only effectively prevents bacteria and dirt from accumulating, but also does not produce bad smell even after long period of use.
