Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Nowadays, owing to irregular lifestyles, pressure, drug abuse, endocrine dyscrasia, inheritance and other factors, abnormal human hair loss occurs, which leaves humans with thin hair and even bald. However, thin hair or no hair affects people's overall appearance and even affect their interpersonal relationship. Thus, people will improve their hair appearance by smearing trichogen, surgical transplant, wearing wigs, etc. However, the effect of smearing trichogen is limited and the cost and the time expense of the surgical transplant is high, human frequently choose wearing wigs as their first choice.
  • The main structure of a wig includes a basic member and a plurality of hair. The basic member is a single-layer and fits closely to a human's head. The top side of the basic member can cover the hairlines of the forehead, the bottom side of the basic member can cover the hairlines of the back side of the head, the left side end of the basic member fits closely to the back side of the left ear, and the right side end of the basic member fits closely to the back side of the right ear.
  • A traditional manufacturing technique for making the wig is that one side of the hair goes through the holes of the basic member and is fit to the basic member by knitting. For example, Chinese patent application CN 103720098 A describes a wig and its manufacturing methods. In that patent, the wig includes the basic member and hair. The basic member includes a net that is comprised of crossed or parallel linear components which is made from artificial or natural raw materials. The hair is held to the net by making knots on the linear components. The wig manufacturing technique in that patent is as follow: bend the hair into a V shape or a U shape, and then there will be a ring-shape bending section in the reverse side of the two free ends of the hair; let the bending section throughout one mesh of the net and thread it from the bottom side of one linear component and drag it out from the adjacent mesh; let the two free ends of hair throughout the blending section dragging from the adjacent mesh and twist the hair to the linear component; stretch the two free ends to different direct and let the blending section disappear. This method uses knots on the linear component to maintain hair. According to this method, every single hair connecting with the basic member of the wig needs to repeat the above-mentioned steps by crochet hook. However, people have approximately 100 thousand hairs. If a 100 thousand hairs wig is produced, above-mentioned steps need to be repeated 100 thousand times. It is obvious that the efficiency of this method is low. To improve the efficiency, several hairs can be kept in one linear component. However, the diameter of the hair is just 700˜100 um and it is difficult to repeat the above-mentioned steps if the hair is too many. The present technique can just repeat the above-mentioned steps with 5˜6 hair. Therefore, it still needs to repeat 17˜20 thousand above-mentioned steps if a 100 thousand hairs wig is produced. The efficiency is still low. Moreover, the knots are exposed to the surface of the basic member of the wig, the appearance of the wig is not good, and the wig is not lifelike.
  • To improve the production efficiency of the wig, there is another method. Fit several hairs in a strip cord to produce a hair weaving. The strip cord is a slender rectangular. Fit several hair weavings to the basic member by strings and adhesive to produce a wig. The wig is comprised of several hair weavings and the hair weavings go from the left to the right of the basic member. Thus, the wigs have a stratified structure which leads the appearance of the wig not good and the wig not lifelike.
  • A hair string is a single string formed by no less than 10 hairs. It also includes double-twisted strings folded in half by the single string and the multi-twisted string comprised of no less than two single strings taking around each other. To increase the thickness of the hair and to overcome the unlifelike appearance of the wig, modern people combine their own hair with the hair string by knitting. However, it will need many hair strings to knit their hair and it takes a long time.
  • When the hair string is combined with human hair, more and more people want to wear hair strings directly. Thus, the quantity demanded of the hair string of the braided people is huge.
  • However, the first wig manufacturing technique can just crochet 5˜6 hairs. The hair string is comprised of no less than 10 hairs, which means it cannot be manufactured by this method.
  • It can just introduce the second manufacturing technique to produce the braid wig. Fit several hairs in a strip cord to produce a hair weaving. The strip cord is a slender rectangular. Fit several hair weavings to the basic member by strings and then pick up two or more bundle of hairs taking around each other manually which is similar to the braid process of human hairs.
  • However, there are still some disadvantages and the details are as follow:
  • 1. Because it needs to pick up two or more bundle of hairs taking around each other manually, which means one wig needs repeat the hundreds of above steps. The efficiency is low.
  • 2. The hair is kept to the basic member by the strip cord and the hair weaving goes from the left to the right of the basic member. Thus, the wig has a stratified structure. When pick up two adjacent bundles of hairs, every bundle of hair will gather together to the central position of its corresponding strip cord and then two bundle of hair will gather together to the central position of two bundle of the hair. Thus, in the connection end of the hair and strip cord, there is a transition section hair between the strip distribution state and directional aggregation state. The hairs take around each other except the transition section hairs. The hair product produced by this method is more similar to wig braid with low biofidelity but not hair string.
  • 3. If the diameter of the lapping section is big, more basic member will be exposed owing to the long length of the bottom ends of the transition section hair. It will affect the biofidelity of the wig. Meanwhile, if the length of the transition section occupies the major length of the whole hair, it will affect the appearance of the braid. If the amount of the picked hair is more than 4, the long length of the bottom ends of the transition section hair will also lead the basic member exposed.
  • 4. If the diameter of the produced lapping section is big, the hair product is easy to scatter.
  • Therefore, the present wig manufacturing technique cannot produce a string-like wig.
  • SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
  • To solve the above problem, the present disclosure supplies a kind of wig. Its hair is string-like, and there are no knots exposed on the basic member. Meanwhile, in the connection section of the hair and basic member, there is no transition section. This kind of wig has a high biofidelity and appearance. Baby hair, such as fine hair, fluffy hair, or short curly hair, can be set to the surface of the basic member to cover the basic member efficiency and improve the biofidelity and appearance of the wig. The present disclosure can also provide a manufacturing technique of this kind of wig with high production efficiency.
  • The detail technical proposal of present disclosure is: a wig comprising a basic member and hair strings, the root of the hair strings connect with basic member, and the root of the hair strings are the aggregation at the same position of several hairs.
  • A hair string is single string formed by no less than 10 hairs; the root of the hair string is the aggregation of the root of all the hairs of the single string.
  • A hair string is a single string formed by no less than 10 hairs; fold the hairs in half and take around each other as double-twisted strings; the root of the hair string is the aggregation of the middle part of all the hairs of the double-twisted strings.
  • A hair string is a single string formed by no less than 10 hairs, pick up two or more single strings and take around each other as multi-twisted strings; the root of the hair string is the aggregation of the root of all the hairs of the multi-twisted strings.
  • The quality of the hair string is multiple; there is a gap between the roots of different hair strings.
  • The root of the hair string connects with the basic member by a connecting string; the connecting string is linear or curvilinear; the length of the connecting string is no more than 0.1-5 cm. Alternatively, the connecting string can be in the form of a loop. In that case, a maximum diameter of the loop is no more than 0.1-5 cm. If the connecting string is an irregular figure, the maximum distance of the longest diameter of the figure is no more than 0.1-5 cm.
  • The basic member of the wig includes a net.
  • The manufacturing technique of this kind of wig includes the follow steps: at first, prepare the basic member and the hair strings; then attach the roots of the hair strings to the basic member.
  • One can connect several hair strings together by a connecting string before attaching the roots of the hair strings to the basic member.
  • The roots of the hair strings can be attached to the basic member by hook manually, sewing manually, or using a sewing machine.
  • The present disclosure produces a hair string wig. The hair string includes a single string, double-twisted strings, multi-twisted strings, and also includes other structures formed by no less than 10 hairs. Single strings can be both straight hair and curly hair. The root of the hair string, the position hair string connecting with basic member, is the aggregation of the same position of several hairs.
  • The benefit of the present disclosure includes:
    • 1, The hair is string-like and there are no knots exposed on the basic member, i.e., if the wig is produced by hook manually, the diameter of the root of the hair string, the position of the hair string connecting with basic member, which is the aggregation of the same position of several hairs is big and it will not expose the basic member. Meanwhile, in the connection section of the hair and basic member, there is no transition section. This kind of wig has a high biofidelity and appearance.
    • 2, The quality of the hair string is high, and there is a gap between the roots of different hair strings. The wig manufacturing technique in present disclosure is different from the second manufacturing technique described above, in the background. In the second manufacturing technique, the hair is attached to the strip cord continuously first, and then the strip cord is attached to the basic member. Thus, no matter how to knit the hair, the root of the hair and the connecting end of the hair and the basic member is adjacent with no gap. However, the hair string in present disclosure can be attached to the basic member independently. Its distribution mode is dispersion, which means the different hair strings are discontinuous.
    • 3, The connecting string is linear or curvilinear in shape; the distance of the two ends is no more than 0.1-5 cm. When it shows in the wig, the root of the hair string is linear or irregularly round. The shape is different from the shape produced by the second manufacturing technique. In the second manufacturing technique, the roots of the hairs are distributed stratified and continuously.
    • 4, The basic member of the wig includes a net. It can be a whole net structure or a part net structure and also multilayer networks. It has a strong applicability.
    • 5, The present disclosure can also provide a manufacturing technique of this kind of wig with high production efficiency. Compared with the first wig manufacturing technique, this method does not need to crochet every single hair or every 5˜6 hairs with the basic member, attach the hairs to the strip cord to form hair weaving and knit the hair of the wig manually. Thus, the present wig manufacturing technique decreases the manually workload and increases the production efficiency. Compared with the second wig manufacturing technique, the efficiency of present disclosure may increase up to 40%.
    • 6, In the present disclosure wig manufacturing technique, it is just needed to prepare the basic member and the hair strings; then attach the roots of the hair strings to the basic member by a connecting string. It can be produced by machine or manually. Although the wig is produced manually, it just needs to repeat tens of the above steps. Moreover, the sewing procedure is simple and people can master it easily. Therefore, the production efficiency is high. Because the diameter of the roots of the hair string is big, it can use string to fit the hair without out adhesive. Thus, it is environmentally friendly, and has a long service life.
    • 7, It also can connect several hair strings together first, which can decrease the fitting repeating times of the basic member.
    • 8, The roots of the hair strings can be attached to the basic member by hook manually, sewing manually or sewing machine. It can be suitable to different manufacturing modes and scale, which is good for the application.
    • 9, The diameter of the hair strings is not limited, and a single string can include both straight hair and curly hair, which can meet the different requirements of diameter and curvature. Because the hair strings are prepared first, and then connected with the basic member, it will not affect the biofidelity and it is not easy to scatter.
    • 10, To improve the appearance of the wig, when the hair string connects with the basic member, the roots of adjacent several hair strings can be configured to some shape. For example, the roots of six adjacent hair strings can be configured to a regular hexagon. Thus, it can avoid the stratified structure of the wig and makes the wig appear more natural.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
  • A wig comprises a basic member 1 and hair strings, the roots of the hair strings connect with the basic member, the roots of the hair strings are the aggregation at the same position of several hairs.
  • When the hair string is a single string formed by no less than 10 hairs; the root of the hair string is the aggregation of the root of all the hairs of the single string.
  • When the hair string is a single string formed by no less than 10 hairs; the hairs can be folded in half and twisted around each other as double-twisted strings; the root of the hair string is the aggregation of the middle part of all the hairs of the double-twisted string.
  • When the hair string is a single string formed by no less than 10 hairs, one can pick up two or more single hair strings, and twist them around each other as multi-twisted strings; the root of the hair string is the aggregation of the root of all the hairs of the multi-twisted string.
  • The quality of the hair string is high; there is a gap between the roots of different hair strings.
  • The roots of the hair strings connect with the basic member by a connecting string. The connecting string is linear or curvilinear in shape; and the length of the connecting string is no more than 0.1-5 cm.
  • The basic member of the wig may include a net.
  • The root of the hair string is attached to the basic member by the connecting string. Specifically, several connection points are set in the connecting strings. The connecting string between the adjacent connection point forms a short connecting string. Each short connecting string can attach the root of hair string to basic member.
  • The specific method is as follows: the connecting string attaches the root of the hair string to the basic member twice by the needle, using a through forward direction and backward direction respectively.
  • At first, put the root of hair string to the appropriate position on the basic member where the hair string is to be attached to the basic member. Then the hair string is attached to the basic member at the first connection point, which is counted from the root of the hair string. The first end of the connecting string is led by the needle through the root of the hair string and the basic member, respectively, to the underside of the basic member, and then tension is applied to the connecting string. Thus the root of the hair string is attached to the basic member at the first connection point. Then the second end of the connecting string led by the needle goes through the basic member and the root of the hair string, respectively, to the upside of the basic member and the root of the hair string, and then tension is applied to the connecting string. Thus the root of the hair string is attached to the basic member at the second connection point. Between the first connection point under the basic member and the second connection point above the root of the hair string, there is a short connecting string. A third connection point of the connecting string led by the needle goes through the root of the hair string and the basic member, respectively, to the underside of the basic member, and then tension is applied to the connecting string. Thus the root of the hair string is attached to the basic member at the third connection point. Another short connecting string is formed between the second connection point and the third connection point. Repeat the above steps, there are short connecting strings formed under the basic member and above the root of the hair string alternatingly. When going through and tensioning the last connection point, the first attachment is finished, which is forward direction attaching.
  • From the last connection point to the first connection point, repeat the above attachment steps. Short connecting strings can be formed under the basic member and above the root of the hair string alternatingly again. When going through and tensioning the first connection point, the second attachment is finished, which is backward direction attaching.
  • When the forward and backward direction of attaching is finished, a short connecting string can be formed between the upside of the roots of the hair strings of the adjacent hair string and the underside of the basic member of the adjacent hair string. Through this method, the hair string can be attached to the basic member tightly. To attach them more tightly, the distance between two connection points can be short. It also can increase the attaching times, i.e., increase the quality of the short connecting string between two connection points to make them attached more tightly.
  • The manufacturing technique of this kind of wig includes the follow steps: at first, prepare the basic member and the hair strings; then attach the roots of the hair strings to the basic member.
  • Connect several hair strings together with a string before attaching the roots of the hair strings to the basic member.
  • The roots of the hair strings can be attached to the basic member by hook manually, sewing manually, or using a sewing machine.
