Description
The present invention relates to a wig to be worn on the head and a method for manufacturing the wig, and more particularly to a wig and a method for manufacturing the wig in which the binding portion of the bristle material is not positioned on the wig base surface and sufficient binding strength is obtained.
Conventionally, human hair or artificial hair is planted on a wig base in which synthetic resin-made artificial skin or net material is molded into a head shape, and hair is further planted on the back surface where necessary. It is configured by applying a stopper. As a method for planting hair material on a wig base, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, so-called single planting, pan single planting, and pan double planting methods are known.
In any of the artificial hair implantation methods disclosed in Patent Document 1, the hair material is pierced in two places on the wig base with an acupuncture needle or the like, the hair material is inserted between them, and the hair material is bound on the surface side. Yes, the knot is located on the surface side of the wig base.
In the method disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the knot of the hair material is located on the front side of the wig, it is easy to recognize that the binding portion looks unnatural like a spot and is a wig, When brushing the hair material, there was a problem that the comb teeth of the brush were caught at the binding part and smooth brushing was not possible. In addition, the binding portion loosens due to excessive brushing, which may cause hair loss. Furthermore, depending on the binding method, the hair material may not rise sufficiently due to the shape of the binding portion, and the volume may be insufficient.
In order to solve these problems, Patent Document 2 binds a hair material to a second base in a wig base in which an upper first base and a lower second base are laminated and integrated. After that, a method is disclosed in which a fishing hook is inserted from the first base surface of the upper layer, and the hair material planted on the second base portion is hooked and pulled out onto the first base surface.
However, in this method, although the above-mentioned problems due to the binding portion of the hair material being located on the front side and the problem of rising of the hair material are solved, it is necessary to prepare two wig bases. There is a problem that the work of drawing the hair material planted on the base onto the surface of the first base is complicated and the work efficiency is inferior. Moreover, it was still necessary to apply a hair-blocking agent.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a wig and a method for manufacturing the wig, in which the binding portion of the bristle material is not located on the surface of the wig base and sufficient binding strength is obtained. With the goal.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that, in a wig formed by binding a hair material to a wig base, a knot of the hair material to the wig base is located on the back surface of the wig base.
In the wig of the present invention, the hanging portion connected to the knot of the hair material is located on the surface side of the wig base.
The wig base is made of an artificial skin base, at least a part of which is molded from a synthetic resin, and a knot of a hair material passes through a needle hole drilled in the artificial skin base and is located on the back surface of the artificial skin base. Is preferred.
The hair material can be held in the upward direction by contracting the needle hole drilled in the artificial skin base while holding the hair material.
The wig base is composed of a net base at least a part of which is formed of a net member, the hair material is wound around a filament constituting the net base, and the knot is positioned on the back surface of the net base. It is preferable to do.
The net-based mesh size is preferably smaller than the knot.
In the method of manufacturing the wig of the present invention, the hair material is bound on the surface side of the wig base , a knot is formed on this surface side, and then one end side of the hair material is pulled, whereby the hair material knot is connected to the wig base. And a hanging portion connected to the knot is positioned on the surface of the wig base.
Specifically, when the hair material is bound to the wig base, the wig manufacturing method of the present invention inserts the bristle portion of the hair transplant needle from the surface of the wig base to the back surface, and from the back surface to the surface at another location. The first stage to expose the heel part to the surface, the second stage to fold the bristle material in half and hook the loop generated in the folded part to the heel part, and the bristle loop to the heel of the hair transplant needle With the hook hooked on the base, the exposed buttock is retracted to the back of the wig base, and from the back side, the hair transplant needle is first pulled out from the base of the wig through the layer passage, and the heel is one end of the hair material. 4th stage of hooking, 5th stage of pulling out the hair needle from the loop with one end of the hair material hooked on the groin of the hair transplant needle on the surface side of the wig base, and holding the other end of the hair material and, by pulling one end, in the wig base surface side A sixth step of forming a beauty eyes, by pulling the other end side while holding the one end, characterized by comprising a seventh step of moving the knot to the back surface of the wig base, a.
In the method of the present invention, it is desirable to provide a step of twisting the hair transplant needle about the length direction in a state where the hair transplant needle is hooked on the loop.
In the method of the present invention, it is desirable that the hanging portion connected to the knot of the bristle material is positioned on the surface side of the wig base and bound.
In the method of the present invention, at least a part of the wig base is molded with a synthetic resin-based artificial skin base, and a knot of a hair material is passed through a needle hole drilled in the artificial skin base and positioned on the back surface of the artificial skin base. It is desirable to make it.
In the method of the present invention, it is preferable that the hair material is held upward by contracting in a state where the needle hole drilled in the artificial skin base holds the hair material.
In the method of the present invention, at least a part of the wig base is molded with a net base made of a net member, the hair material is wound around a filament constituting the net base, and the knot is positioned on the back surface of the net base. It is desirable.
In the method of the present invention, it is desirable to form a net-based mesh size smaller than the knot.
According to the wig of the present invention, since a knot-like relatively large-diameter knot is located on the back surface of the wig base, the knot cannot be visually recognized through the gap of the hair material planted from the front side of the wig base, It is difficult to recognize that it is a wig. Also, even when brushing with a wig attached , there is no knot on the front side, so brushing can be done smoothly without catching the comb teeth. Can be prevented.
Furthermore, since the knot is located on the back surface of the wig base, the knot does not come into direct contact with the knot even during brushing or cleaning, so that the knot is difficult to loosen. In addition, the binding force of the bristle material to the wig base is strong, and no adhesive is required for bristles after planting the bristle material, so the entire wig can be made thin and light, and the head and wig outer periphery The boundary with the club becomes difficult to recognize. Furthermore, since the part ahead of the knot of the planted bristle material is supported by the wig base, the bristle material rises well and the volume feeling is improved.
According to the wig manufacturing method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a wig whose knot is not located on the surface of the wig base. In addition, because the knot is located on the back of the wig base, the binding force of the bristle material to the wig base is strong, and it is not necessary to apply an adhesive to fix the hair after planting the bristle material, simplifying the manufacturing process. Can be
By twisting the hair transplant needle in the second stage, the hair material is twisted, and the binding force to the wig base can be further increased.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As the wig base, an artificial skin base at least partly molded from a synthetic resin or a net base molded at least partly from a net member is used. As the artificial skin base, for example, a polyurethane resin film or sheet is preferably formed by gently curving along the user's head shape. Since the polyurethane resin has elasticity and elasticity, when the bristle needle penetrates the polyurethane resin and binds the hair material, the penetrated hair material is held tight by the shrinkage force of the polyurethane resin. In the case of the net base, it is preferable to use a net having a mesh size smaller than the knot of the hair material to be planted. For example, if the mesh size is 2 to 2.5 times the diameter of the hair material, the mesh size is smaller than the knot of the hair material to be implanted. As the hair material, either natural hair or artificial hair can be used.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a bristle planting method according to this embodiment. However, artificial skin made of polyurethane resin is used as the wig base.
As a first step, as shown in FIG. 1 (A), the heel part 1a of the bristle needle 1 is inserted from the front surface 2a of the wig base 2 to the back surface 2b, and in this state, a predetermined interval is separated from the inserted part. In position, the heel part 1a is inserted from the back surface 2b of the wig base to the front surface 2a to expose the heel part 1a to the front surface 2a of the wig base. At this stage, the wig base 2 has two holes, that is, needle holes, through which one hair transplant needle 1 is inserted.
When the wig base is a net member, the hair transplant needle 1 is inserted into two adjacent nets.
Here, the two holes or nets through which the hair implantation needle 1 is inserted are referred to as a first insertion portion 2c and a second insertion portion 2d in the order in which the hair implantation needle 1 is inserted. In the artificial skin wig base, the distance between the first insertion portion 2c and the second insertion portion 2d is usually preferably about 0.5 mm to 2 mm at most. If the distance between them is too long, when the bristle material is pulled and tightened, the wig base 2 is wrinkled in a concavo-convex shape and is deformed or the binding portion is loosened.
As a second stage, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), one or about 2 to 5 bristle materials 3 are aligned, the bristle material 3 is folded in half, and a loop 3b generated in the folded portion 3a is formed. The hook 1 is hooked on the heel 1a of the bristle needle 1 in a state of protruding to the front side of the wig base 2.
Here, both sides of the bristle material 3 sandwiching the folded portion 3a are defined as one end side 3c and the other end side 3d, respectively. In addition, the length of the one end side 3c and the other end side 3d may be the same, and either one may be long. When the folded portion 3a is shifted to either one side, the length of the one end side 3c of the bristle material 3 and the length of the other end side 3d are not uniform across the folded portion 3a, so that a natural finish is obtained. .
As the third stage, as shown in FIG. 1C, the hook 3a is hooked on the hook 1a of the bristle needle 1 with the loop 3b of the bristle material 3 being pulled from the second insertion part 2d to the wig base. Pulling out to the back surface 2b, then pulling out the collar 1a from the first insertion part 2c, and pulling out the hair transplant needle 1 completely from the wig base 2. Thereby, the loop 3b of the bristle material 3 passed through the second insertion part 2d and the first insertion part 2c of the wig base 2 is hooked by the collar part 1a and exposed to the surface 2a of the wig base. Thus, the bristle material 3 exposed to the surface 2a side of the wig base 2 through the second insertion portion 2d and the first insertion portion 2c forms a loop 3b as shown in FIG. In this state, the first insertion portion 2c is located.
Here, as shown in FIG. 1D, in a state where the hair transplant needle 1 is hooked on the loop 3b, the hair needle 1 is twisted one turn counterclockwise about the length direction. By passing through this step, the binding force of the hair material 3 to the wig base 2 can be increased. This step may be performed immediately after the loop 3b is hooked on the collar portion 1a of the bristle needle 1 in a state of protruding from the surface of the wig base 2 in the second stage. Further, the number of rotations and the direction of rotation can be appropriately set.
As a fourth stage, as shown in FIG. 1 (E), the brim 1a of the bristle needle 1 is hooked on one end side 3c of the bristle material 3 while the bristle needle 1 is passed through the loop 3b.
As a fifth stage, as shown in FIG. 1 (F), one end side 3c of the bristle material 3 is passed through the loop 3b, and as shown in FIG. 3c is pulled out from the loop 3b. Then, the one end side 3c of the bristle material 3 is removed from the collar part 1a of the bristle needle 1.
As a sixth stage, as shown in FIG. 1 (H), a knot 3e is formed on the surface 2a side of the wig base 2 by holding the other end side 3d of the bristle material 3 and pulling the one end side 3c.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 1 (I), as the seventh stage, while holding the wig base 2 with one end side 3c of the bristle material 3 held by fingers of the hair planting engineer, Pull the other end 3d strongly. Thereby, the knot 3e passes the 1st insertion part 2c, and moves to the back surface 2b side of a wig base.
Of the above steps, when the twisting direction of the loop 3b is clockwise in the fourth step, the other end 3d of the bristle material 3 is hooked on the hair transplant needle 1 and pulled out in the fourth step.
As described above, the wig 10 in which the knot 3e is located on the back surface 2b side of the wig base 2 can be manufactured by repeating the first to seventh steps for binding the bristle material 3 to the wig base 2. . At this time, the bristle material 3 has portions extending from one end side 3c and the other end side 3d passing through the first insertion portion 2c and the second insertion portion 2d, respectively, and mating on the back surface 2b side of the wig base 2. Thus, a knot 3e is formed, and the knot 3e passes through the first insertion portion 2c and the second insertion portion 2d in reverse, and is connected on the surface 2a side of the wig base 2. In this state, the wig 10 has a knot 3e positioned on the back surface 2b side of the wig base 2 and an intermediate portion of the bristle 3 extending from the knot 3e, that is, a hanging portion 3f linked to the bristle knot 3e. Is located on the surface 2a side. In the case where the wig base is a net member, the hair material is wound and bound around a filament sandwiched between adjacent meshes, and the knot 3e is located on the back surface 2b side of the wig base and is connected to the knot 3e. The hanging portion 3f is positioned on the surface 2a side.
In such a wig 10, a hanging portion 3 f of the bristle material 3 is located on the surface 2 a side of the wig base 2, and this hanging portion 3 f has a thin linear shape corresponding to the diameter of the bristle material 3. The knot 3e of the bristle material 3 is located on the back surface 2b side of the wig base. Therefore, since the knot 3e is not located on the surface 2a of the wig base 2, the knot 3e is not exposed when the wig is mounted. Therefore, even when viewed through the gaps in the hair, it is difficult to recognize that the knot 3e is a wig because it does not reveal. Further, brushing can be performed smoothly without the comb teeth being caught by the knot 3e, so that the planted hair material 3 is not burdened and hair breakage and hair loss can be prevented.
When artificial skin is employed for the wig base, the holes 2c and 2d drilled in the first stage contract due to the elasticity of the soft artificial skin, so that the knot 3e does not move to the wig base surface 2a. Even when a net member is employed, if a net having a size smaller than the knot 3e is selected, the knot 3e cannot pass through the net, so that the net does not move to the wig base surface 2a. Further, since the portions 3c and 3d ahead of the knot 3e of the planted hair material are supported so as to rise upward from below by the contracted holes 2c and 2d of the wig base 2, the hair material rises well. The volume feeling is improved.
After the bristle material is implanted in the wig base 2 and the knot 3e is moved to the back surface 2b of the wig, the back surface 2b of the wig base 2 is coated with, for example, urethane resin, so that the knot 3e is formed on the user's scalp. Since it is not touched directly, there is no sense of incongruity and it is excellent in wearing feeling. In particular, when the wig base 2 is a net base, the back coating can prevent the wrapping portion 3f of the bristle material 3 from rotating around the filament.
Example 1
As Example 1, a wig was produced by the method of the above embodiment. Soft hair made of polyurethane resin having a thickness of 0.20 mm was used as a wig base, and artificial hair made of polyamide resin having a thickness of 0.08 mm was implanted. 2, 3 and 4 show the cross section of the wig, and are taken from the vicinity of the planting point of the bristle material from obliquely upward, obliquely downward and further downward, respectively. (A) is a scanning electron micrograph (in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 (A), the magnifications are 90, 80, and 80, respectively). (B) is a figure for demonstrating a member. In the wig of Example 1, it turns out that the knot 3e is located in the back surface 2b side of the wig base 2, and the hanging part 3f extended from this knot 3e is located in the surface 2a side.
(Comparative Example 1)
As Comparative Example 1, a hair material similar to that of the example was planted on a wig base similar to that of the example by a conventional binding method called bread single. The details of the planting method are described in paragraph [0007] of FIG. 16 and FIG. 16 described above, and thus the description thereof is omitted here. FIG. 5A is a plane photograph of the wig of Comparative Example 1 taken with a scanning electron microscope (50 ×), and it can be seen that the knot 31 is exposed on the surface 2 a side of the wig base 2.
(Comparative Example 2)
As Comparative Example 2, a hair material similar to that of the example was planted on a wig base similar to that of the example by a conventional binding method called “pandable”. Details of this planting method are described in paragraph [0008] of Patent Document 1 and FIG. 6A is a plane photograph of the wig of Comparative Example 2 taken with a scanning electron microscope (70 ×), and it can be seen that the knot 32 is exposed on the surface 2a side of the wig base 2. FIG.
EZ Test
Table 1 shows the measurement results of the binding strength of the hair material to the wig base in the wigs of Examples and Comparative Examples 1 and 2. As a measuring method, it measured about 10 arbitrary hair materials, and computed the average value. In addition, as a measurement sample, in both Examples and Comparative Examples, a hair material was implanted on the artificial skin, and after the implantation, a thermosetting urethane was applied to the back surface of the artificial skin with a thickness of 0.2 mm, and the hair was treated. We used what we did. The measurement conditions for the binding strength are as follows.
Measuring method: Single tensile measurement Measuring instrument: Shimadzu Corporation Small tabletop testing machine EZ Test
Measurement conditions: Sample (distance between chucks) 50mm
Tensile speed 100mm / min
Here, the chuck is an instrument for pinching hair.
From this result, the Example shows almost no difference in binding strength due to the presence or absence of the hair-stopping treatment compared to Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and the hair-stopping treatment in Comparative Examples 1 and 2 regardless of the presence or absence of the hair-stopping treatment. It was found that it has much stronger binding strength than the case where it was applied.
Thus, when the knot is located on the back surface of the wig base, the binding force of the bristle material to the wig base is strong, and an adhesive for bristling after the bristle planting is unnecessary. As a result, in addition to omitting the step of applying the adhesive, the entire wig can be made thin and light, and the boundary between the head and the outer periphery of the wig becomes difficult to recognize.
As described above, the wig and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are configured such that the knot of the hair material with respect to the wig base is located on the back surface of the wig base, and various forms are possible without departing from the gist thereof. Can be implemented. For example, the wig base, the hair material, the number of hair materials, etc. can be appropriately selected.
