Description

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a wig that covers the whole or a part of the head, and more particularly to a method of manufacturing a wig for binding a curled hair material to a wig base.

Conventionally, the hair material used for wigs was generally straight hair, but in recent years the hairstyle has changed in various ways, especially when the user is a woman, in addition to the volume of hair, it is elegant. In many cases, individual fashion is required, and straight hair with a low degree of freedom makes it difficult to take various variations.

Therefore, after folding the hair material in half and binding the folded part to the front head side of the wig base, the hair material is inverted toward the outside to give curl, and the curled hair material is in front of the wig base. The thing of the structure set so that it may flow from the head side to the back head side is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-40606

However, in the above-described configuration in which curling is applied to all of the hair material bound to the wig base by post-processing, the folded portion 1a of the hair material 1 is already fixed to the wig base 2 as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is not possible to secure a sufficient length for curling the remaining hair pieces 1b. As a result, the hair piece 1b cannot be sufficiently wound around the curling means 3 such as a rod or a curler, and it tends to be loosely curled, and it is difficult to impart a predetermined curl diameter.

In addition, when the curling is performed by heat treatment, there is a concern about the heat resistance performance of the wig base 2, and when heat treatment cannot be performed at a predetermined high temperature, there is a concern that the shape of the curl cannot be maintained for a long time. Furthermore, the work of applying the curl by post-processing is the same as the work of perming the hair, so there is a problem that it takes time and is inefficient.

Therefore, a measure for binding the hair material with the hair pieces previously curled to the wig base can be considered, but as shown in FIG. 22, the folded portion 1a of the hair material 1 is connected to the wig base 2 with a general binding structure. When worn, the direction of the hair piece 1b is not fixed and the curl is directed in various directions. For this reason, even if the bristle material 1 is combed, the curl of the hair pieces 1b cannot be arranged in a predetermined direction, and the hair fashion that meets the demand for use cannot be obtained although the appearance is not good.

The present invention has been made in the background of such a situation, and the object of the present invention is to provide a wig capable of directing the curl in a predetermined direction after attaching the wig base even if the hair material has been previously curled. of is to provide a manufacturing method, still another object is to provide a method of manufacturing a wig capable of long-term better curl retention granted to hair pieces.

In order to solve the above-mentioned object, the invention of claim 1 is a method of manufacturing a wig configured by binding a large number of bristle materials composed of a pair of hair pieces folded in half to a wig base attached to the head. The hair material before being attached to the wig base is curled in advance, the hair material is folded in two, and a pair of hair pieces curled in the same direction and a folded portion folded back between both hair pieces are formed. and, by fixing the folded portion of the pieces Ryomo said wig base, characterized in that the curl of the pair of hair pieces after fixation was allowed oriented in the same direction.
There is binding or planting of the hair material to the wig base, and when the wig base is in a net shape, the hair material is fixed to the wig base by binding the folded part between both hair pieces to the net filament. When the wig base is in the form of a sheet, the bristle material is attached to the wig base by binding or planting the folded portion between the two hair pieces to the filament.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the invention of the first aspect, the curl of the hair pieces is cold on the hair of the hair formed so that the hair material has a predetermined number of pitches and a predetermined number of the hairs in the pitch. Apply one agent of perm liquid, water is added to the sheet material made of non-woven fabric, and the hair is evenly distributed on the sheet material by placing the hair on the sheet material and combing it. The hair and the sheet material are integrally wound around the pipe material, sealed in the bag body in this wound state and held for a predetermined time, and the cold material is applied to the hair material taken out from the bag body after the predetermined time has elapsed. Apply two liquids, wind the hair and sheet material together around the pipe material, hold this winding state for a predetermined time, and wash the water after releasing the winding state for a predetermined time This is formed by It is characterized in.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the curl of the hair piece is converted into a synthetic fiber on the hair of the hair formed so that the hair material has a predetermined number of pitches and a predetermined number of the hairs in the pitch. The hair material is uniformly distributed on the sheet material by applying a conditioner, and the hair is placed on a sheet material made of nonwoven fabric or paper and combed, and the hair and the sheet material are distributed. Are integrally wound around a pipe material and heated for a predetermined time in this wound state.

In the invention of claim 4, in the invention of claim 1, the curl of the hair pieces is formed with the hair material formed so that the hair material has a predetermined pitch number and a predetermined number in the pitch. Each of the non-woven sheet materials contains an aqueous silicon emulsion solution, and the hair is placed on the sheet material and combed to distribute the hair material uniformly on the sheet material. And the sheet material are integrally wound around the pipe material, the outside is covered with aluminum foil, and the hair, the sheet material, and the pipe material covered with the aluminum foil are heated for a predetermined time. Yes.

In the invention of claim 5, in the invention of claim 1, the curl of the hair piece is a hair having a predetermined pitch number and a bristle formed so that a predetermined number is included in the pitch. Each of the non-woven sheet material is dipped in a silicone emulsion aqueous solution, and the hair is placed on the sheet material and combed to spread the hair material uniformly on the sheet material. And a sheet material are integrally wound around a pipe material and dried, and further, the hair, the sheet material, and the pipe material are heat-treated for a predetermined time.

In invention of Claim 6, in the invention of Claim 5, the hair, sheet material, and pipe material which are only in the state of being integrally wound are covered with aluminum foil, and the hair and sheet material covered with aluminum foil are covered with aluminum foil. The curl of the hair pieces is formed by heating the pipe material for a predetermined time.

For the hair material of the present invention, synthetic resin hair such as acrylic resin, modacrylic resin, and polyamide resin is used in addition to human hair. As the wig base for binding this hair material, synthetic fibers (chemical fibers), plant fibers, and animal fibers are knitted into a mesh or formed into a sheet or a sheet. From the viewpoints of properties and costs, it is preferable to use synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester. In addition, as a sheet-like body used as a guide for winding around a pipe material, a nonwoven fabric or paper is suitable, and when wetted with water, a rayon or polyester nonwoven fabric having a property that the frictional force of the surface increases and does not slip is used. More preferred.

In addition, the hair used in the present invention forms a plurality of suture bundles by arranging a plurality of hair materials cut into a predetermined length at intervals, and sewing the appropriate positions in the length direction of the hair materials. It is good to do. The lateral width of the hair is preferably 20 cm or less because it is difficult to apply a uniform tension to the pipe material if it is too long in the operation of winding it around the pipe material for winding.

In addition, the conditioner applied to the hair of the hair is used for the purpose of improving the texture because the synthetic hair after the curling is hardened, and a surfactant composed of nonion, cation or a mixture thereof is used. A synthetic fiber containing 20-30% is preferred. If the surfactant content exceeds 30%, the surface of the bristle material 10 becomes sticky or changes in color due to the heat treatment after curling, and if the surfactant content is 20% or less, the curl The effect of improving the texture after application is hardly recognized.

According to the first to sixth aspects of the present invention, the curl direction of the hair pieces is determined depending on the direction in which each hair material is bound to the wig base, and a predetermined hair design is determined. . For example, if hair materials are aligned in the same direction and fixed to the wig base, the curls of the hair pieces of these hair materials are aligned in the same direction, and a large number of hair materials are bound to the wig base in different orientations for a certain amount. For example, the curls of the hair pieces of these hair materials are oriented in different directions. Therefore, various hair design wigs can be obtained by appropriately selecting the fixing direction of the hair material to the wig base. Furthermore, the curl imparted to the hair pieces of the hair material can be kept good for a long time.

According to the configuration of the present invention, since the direction of the hair piece curl is determined by fixing the hair material with respect to the wig base, the curl of the hair piece is predetermined after the hair material is fixed to the wig base. A wig directed in the direction of can be easily obtained. In addition, by attaching such hair materials, it is possible to handle not only basic hair design but also complex hair design with mixed curl directions, and a highly flexible hair design can be obtained. Therefore, even if the hair material is combed, the direction of curling is not determined, and the completion rate as a product is higher than the conventional one with poor design.
Furthermore, by forming the curls of a pair of hair pieces in the same direction, when the hair material is bound to the wig base, the curls of the hair pieces can be more easily directed in a predetermined direction. It will be difficult to fly in the direction of. In addition, compared with the conventional method in which the curl is processed after binding the hair material to the wig base, it is easy to give a predetermined curl size and can be easily done in a short time, and the shape of the curl attached to the hair material Can be maintained well for a long period of time.

Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 1A to 1E are plan views for explaining a work process for binding a hair material to a wig-based filament made of a net. 2 is a perspective view of the wig, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the hair of the wig, FIGS. 4A to 4D are perspective views of the individual hair materials, and FIG. 5 is a hair material bound to the filament of the wig base. FIG.

In the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a large number of hair materials 10 are bound as hair 11 to a wig base 12 to form a wig 13 shown in FIG. 2. Human hair or synthetic resin hair is used as the hair material 10, and the hair pieces 10 a and 10 b are curled in advance in the state of the hair 14 before being attached to the wig base 12. When bound to the wig base 12, a hair design is formed in which the hair 11 equally divided from the center to the left and right is provided with a symmetrical curl.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the wig base 12 is formed by molding synthetic resin artificial skin or a net into a head shape. In this embodiment, the wig base 12 forms a net 15 that constitutes the net. The bristle material 10 is bound. The hair 14 is sewed at a predetermined position in the length direction of the plurality of bristle materials 10 cut into a predetermined length with a sewing thread 16, and is wound around a cylindrical body such as a pipe material (not shown) and heat-treated. Thus, curls are imparted to each of the hair pieces 10a, 10b of the hair material 10 as shown in FIG.

Then, the hair material 10 that has been previously curled on the hair pieces 10a and 10b in this manner is pulled out of the hair 14 and folded into two, and the hair material 10a and 10b is curled in the same direction. A folded portion 10c that is folded between the pieces 10a and 10b is formed. The hair piece 10 folded in half is bound to the wig base 12 separately for the right curl used for the right side from the central part of the wig 13 shown in FIG. 2 and for the left curl used for the left side from the central part. .

As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 ( d ), the hair material 10 for right curl is held with the tip side of the hair pieces 10a, 10b on the right side and the curved folded portion 10c facing the left side. when sandwiching the vicinity in the left thumb and left index finger, both hair pieces 10a, 10b are curled so as wind the left thumb.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (b) (c), the hair material 10 for the left curling, hair pieces 10a, 10b of the front end side to the left side, the curved folded portion 10c toward the right side is held, the folded portion the vicinity of 10c when sandwiched between the left thumb and left index finger, both hair pieces 10a, 10b are curled so as wind the left index finger. In FIGS. 4 ( c ) and 4 (d), the description has been made by pinching with fingers for the sake of convenience so that the direction in which the hair pieces 10a and 10b curl can be easily understood. The material 10 is bound to the wig base 12 while being gripped.

In the step of FIG. 1 (a) ~ (e) , net hair material 10 for holding the right curl as in FIG. 4 (a) (d), by mechanical manipulation of the crochet 18, as the wig base 12 The example which binds to the filament 15 which comprises is shown.

When binding the hair material 10 for the right curl to the filament 15, while holding the hair material 10 so that both hair pieces 10a, 10b face the right side with respect to the wig base 12 by a mechanical gripping means (not shown), In FIG. 1 (a), the folded portion 10c of the bristle material 10 is positioned on the lower side (head-attached side) of the filament 15 and crosses so that one hair piece 10a is on the other hair piece 10b, A first loop portion 17 is formed inside the folded portion 10c.

In FIG. 1B, the folded portion 10c is brought in the direction of the filament 15, and in FIG. 1C, the intermediate portion of one hair piece 10a is passed through the first loop portion 17 while being bent. A curved portion 10d is formed in an intermediate portion of one bristle piece 10a drawn out from the first loop portion 17, and a second loop portion 19 is formed inside the curved portion 10d.

In FIG. 1D, the other hair piece 10b is passed through the second loop portion 19 so as to be wound from the outside of the one hair piece 10a, and in FIG. 1E, the hair pieces 10a, 10b are opposite to each other. The bristle material 10 is bound to the filament 15 by pulling the filament 15 and tying the filament 15 with the knot 20.
The hair material 10 of this embodiment having the right curls on the hair pieces 10a and 10b is bonded to the filament 15 in this way, so that the hair pieces 10a and 10b become the wig base filament 15 as shown in FIG. On the other hand, it is oriented with the curls aligned to the right.

The binder of the hair material 10 for the left curl shown in FIG. 4 (b) (c) also, is bound to the filament 15 through the same same stroke and the hair material 10 for the right curl described above, both the hair pieces 10a and 10b are oriented with the curls aligned to the left as shown in FIG. 5B.

In the present embodiment, as described above, the tip of the hair pieces 10a and 10b that have been curled in advance is held with a separate holding means so as to face the wig base 12 in a predetermined direction on the right side or the left side. A wig 11 having a design in which the right curl and the left curl applied to the hair pieces 10a and 10b are orderly divided into the left and right sides of the wig base 12 by mechanically operating 18 to bind the folded portion 10c to the filament 15. Can be easily obtained.
Therefore, there is no conventional problem that the direction of curling of the hair pieces 10a, 10b bound to the wig base 12 is not fixed, and the hair material 10 is combed after binding to adjust the curls of the hair pieces 10a, 10b. Since post-processing is not necessary, it is not only excellent in workability and productivity, but also has a high completion rate as a product.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6 (a) to 6 (c) are plan views for explaining an operation process for binding the hair material, which has been previously curled, to the wig base, and the hair material 10, the wig base 12, the filament 15 and the crochet 18 are included in FIG. The same as the first embodiment is used.

The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c) is a first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 (a) to 1 (e) when binding the hair material 10 previously curled to the filament 15 of the wig base 12. FIG. Similarly to the embodiment, the hair pieces 10a and 10b are gripped so that the curls of both the hair pieces 10a and 10b are directed in a predetermined direction with respect to the wig base 12 by a mechanical gripping means (not shown). The portion 10c is positioned on the lower side (head-attached side) of the filament 15 so that one hair piece 10a intersects with the other hair piece 10b, and the first loop portion is placed inside the folded portion 10c. 21 is formed.

In FIG. 6B, the folded portion 10c is wound upward from the lower side of the filament 15, the other hair piece 10b is inserted into the loop portion 21, and the entire other hair piece 10b is pulled out from the loop portion 21. The hair material 10 is bound to the filament 15 by pulling both the hair pieces 10 a and 10 b in opposite directions and binding the filament 15 with the knot 22.

In the first and second embodiments described above, the net-like wig base using filaments has been described. However, the present invention uses a sheet-like body such as artificial skin made of synthetic resin as the wig base. Is also possible. In this case, in order to bind the hair material to the sheet-like wig base, a number of through holes are formed in the sheet-like body, and the first through hole and the second through hole are provided for each hair material. The hair material can be bound by using these two holes and using these through holes on both sides of the filaments of the first and second embodiments. Furthermore, when the wig base is a sheet-like body, the bristle material can also be obtained by planting the folded-back portion of the bristle material into the sheet-like body and providing a retaining means at the tip of the folded-up portion projecting to the lower side of the sheet-like body. Can be fixed.

Next, a procedure for imparting curl to the hair pieces 10a, 10b of the hair material 10 used in the above-described embodiments will be described based on third to sixth embodiments shown in FIGS. In the description of the third to sixth embodiment examples, the above-described FIGS. 1 to 6 are appropriately referred to.

7 to 16 show a third embodiment, FIG. 7 is a perspective view for explaining the blending operation of the hair material, FIG. 8 is a plan view of the hair of the sewing machine, and FIG. 9 is on the sheet material. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a state where the hair only on the sheet material is combed, FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the hair only on the sheet material, and FIG. 12 is a hair and sheet. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the state in which the hair and the sheet material are wound around the pipe material, and FIG. 14 is the same as FIG. FIG. 15 is a front view of a state in which the hair material is bound to the filament, and FIG. 16 is a plan view of the hair material extracted from the hair of the hair.

The third embodiment shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 16 is used to impart curl to human hair (including human hair cuticle removal, bleaching, and dyeing human hair so that it can be applied to a wig) as the hair material 10. suitable are, first, in FIG. 7 (a) (b), the desired over plural colors hair bundle 30 bundling a plurality of human hair as a hair material 10 of the hair combing apparatus 31, comb teeth 31a of said capillary combing 31 Then, the hair bundle 30 is repeatedly combed to sufficiently blend the hair materials 10 of a plurality of colors. Even if the bristle material 10 is monochromatic human hair, the bristle material 10 is loosened one by one by applying it to the hair comb 31. Next, the blended hair bundle 30 is cut into a predetermined length. This predetermined length is the basic length when binding the bristle material 10 to the wig base 12.

FIG. 8A is a plan view of the hair 14 produced by sewing the appropriate weight of the bristle material 10 cut into a predetermined length with a sewing machine at a predetermined position in the length direction of the bristle material 10. ) Is an enlarged view of the hair 14, and the hair 14 formed in this way has a plurality of suture bundles 32. The lateral width 6L of the wing 14 shown in FIG. 8A is difficult to apply a uniform tension to the pipe 33 if it is too long in the operation of winding the wing 14 around an aluminum pipe 33 described later. Therefore, it is desirable to set it to 20 cm or less. The sewing position of the sewing thread 16 is such that a sewing trace 34 of the sewing thread 16 is attached to the bristle material 10 by a process described later (see FIG. 16), and the sewn trace 34 binds the bristle material 10 to the wig base 12. This is the folding position.

It is desirable that the bristle 14 manufactured in this way includes 8 to 10 suture bundles 32 per 1 cm and 12 to 27 hair materials 10 in each suture bundle 32. When the number of the suture bundles 32 is 8 or less per 1 cm, the pitch interval between the suture bundles 32 is too large, and the hair material 10 shown in FIG. There are problems that it is difficult to wind the hair at a certain angle, and that the bristle material 10 is easily removed from the suture bundle 32 when combing the hairs 14 to make them straight before winding. Further, when the number of the suture bundles 32 is 10 or more per 1 cm, there is no pitch interval between the suture bundles 32, and the sewn portion becomes thick and becomes a step when wound around the pipe material 33, and the hair material 10 is wrinkled. There is a problem that a so-called loose curl is weaker than a predetermined curl. Further, when the number of suture bundles 32 per unit length is increased, the hair material 10 and the sewing thread 16 are easily entangled when the sewing is performed in the manufacture of the hair 14, and the sewing thread 16 is pulled and is beautiful. Since it does not become the mirage 14, wrinkles and twists appear on the hair material 10 after curling.

In addition, when the number of the hair materials 10 entering each suture bundle 32 is 12 or less, there is no problem in curling, but the length of the hair 14 is increased so that the necessary amount of the hair material 10 is arranged. Since only a large number of hairs 14 are produced and the number of pipe members 33 around which the hairs 14 are wound increases, this increases the work and cost burden. On the other hand, when the number of the bristle materials 10 per suture bundle 32 is 27 or more, the thickness of each suture bundle 32 increases, and a loose curl that is weaker than a predetermined curl is likely to occur.

FIG. 9 and FIG. 11 (a) show a predetermined sheet material 35 in which one agent of the cold perm solution is sufficiently applied to the hair 14 formed as described above, and is spread on the work table with water. The state which put the hair 14 in the position is shown. Then, by combing the hairs 14 so as to be straight, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11B, the hairs 10 are distributed so that the gaps between the hair materials 10 do not open and are aligned in a line. As a result, the thickness of the hair 14 is reduced.

The sheet material 35 is used to play a role of a guide when winding the hair 14 around the pipe material 33, and in use, the sheet material 35 is spread on the work table so as not to be wrinkled by containing water. The sheet material 35 is preferably a non-woven fabric having a property that the surface frictional force increases and does not slip when wet with water. If the surface slips when wet with water, a gap is formed between the hair 14 that is idle or wound around the aluminum pipe member 33 and causes loose curl.

For these reasons, it is preferable to use rayon or polyester as the material of the nonwoven fabric used for the sheet material 35, and it is more preferable that the basis weight (basis number) is 18 to 30 g / m2. When the basis weight is 18 g / m 2 or less, the density of the sheet material 35 is reduced, the cold perm liquid applied to the hair 14 is likely to evaporate, and sufficient curl cannot be imparted. Sometimes, when the sheet material 35 is tensioned, it is easily damaged. In addition, when the basis weight is 30 g / m 2 or more, the thickness of the sheet material 35 increases, so that when the wire material is wound around the pipe material 33, the diameter increases as the winding diameter advances, and the hair 14 is curled in a predetermined shape. Prone to weaker loose curls.

In the next step shown in FIG. 12, an aluminum pipe member 33 having a circular cross section is placed on one end side of the sheet material 35, and the pipe material 33 is integrated with these while applying tension to the hair 14 and the sheet material 35. Then, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the outer center and both side ends of the hair 14 are fixed by a stopper 36 such as an adhesive tape or a rubber ring. Then, the pipe material 33 around which the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound is sealed in a plastic bag (not shown) and left at room temperature for about 15 minutes, and then the sheet material 35 around the pipe material 33 taken out from the plastic bag is removed. After the cold perm solution is directly applied to the hair 14 from the top or from the pipe material 33, the cold hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound around the pipe material 33 again and stopped. Fix with means 36 and leave at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

After that, the stopping means 36 is removed, and the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 wound around the pipe material 33 with running water are gradually washed and washed with water, and the sheet material 35 is not wrinkled and placed on the work table. spread. Then, the washed hair 14 is disposed at a predetermined position of the sheet material 35, and hair rinse or conditioner is applied to the hair 14. The rinsing or conditioner is applied for the purpose of improving the texture since the texture of the bristle material 13 treated with the cold perm solution becomes hard.

Next, the hairs 14 are combed in the same process as in FIG. 10, and the hairs 14 are uniformly distributed so that the gaps between the hair materials 10 are not opened and aligned in a row. Reduce the thickness. Next, in the same process as in FIGS. 12 to 14, the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are integrally wound around the pipe material 33, and further fixed with a stopping means 36 such as an adhesive tape or a rubber ring, with a towel or the like. Excess water in the sheet material 35 is wiped off so as to wrap the pipe material 33. Thereafter, the sheet material 35 wound around the pipe material 33 is left at room temperature until it is completely dried, or is put in a dryer and dried at a temperature of about 90 ° C. Finally, the sheet material 35 and the hair 14 are taken out.

FIG. 15 shows a single bristle material 10 that has been curled in this way, and each bristle material 10 has a stitch mark 34 at the sewing position by the sewing thread 16. Then, in the stitching step of FIG. 8, when the intermediate point in the length direction of the bristle material 10 is sewn with the sewing thread 16, the hair piece that binds the bristle material 10 to the filament 15 of the wig base 12 as shown in FIG. The lengths 10a and 10b are two-fold lengths obtained by equally dividing the entire length of the bristle material 10. The sewing position by the sewing thread 16 is not only the position where the entire length of the bristle material 10 is equally divided, but when the position slightly shifted is sewn by the sewing thread 16, the hair pieces having different lengths as shown in FIG. 10a, 10b, and when bound to the filament 15 of the wig base 12, an appearance different from that obtained by sewing at the equally divided positions in FIG. 15 (a) is obtained.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 16 which are common with the third embodiment. Detailed description of the same components as those in the third embodiment is omitted. This embodiment is made of acrylic resin or modacrylic (a copolymer of acrylic and vinyl chloride) as the hair material 10, and is suitable for imparting curl to synthetic cilia having low heat resistance and a softening temperature of 100 ° C. or less. Yes.

In the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 to 16, the steps in FIGS. 7 and 8 are the same as those in the third embodiment. In FIGS. After applying the conditioner for chemical fiber), the state where the hair 14 is placed on a predetermined position of the sheet material 35 spread on the work table is shown. The sheet material 35 is used to play a role of a guide when the hair 14 is wound around the pipe material 33, and is spread on the work table so as not to be wrinkled during use. By combing the hairs 14 so as to be straight, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 (b), the gaps between the hair materials 10 are not opened and are uniformly distributed so as to be aligned in a line. As a result, the thickness of the hair 14 is reduced.

Non-woven fabric or paper is suitable for the sheet material 35 of this embodiment, and the properties are not particularly selected except that the basis weight (basis number) is 40 to 50 g / m 2. When the basis weight is 40 g / m 2 or less, the density of the sheet material 35 is reduced, and heat is transferred quickly during the curling heat treatment, and the uppermost layer of the hair 14 wound around the aluminum pipe material 33 is overheated. It will be in a state, shrinkage will occur in that part, and it will become unsightly and will have no commercial value. In addition, when the weight per unit area is 50 g / m 2 or more, the thickness of the nonwoven fabric or paper increases, so that when wound around the pipe material 33, the diameter increases as the winding diameter increases, and the hair 14 is curled in a predetermined shape. Prone to weaker loose curls. Furthermore, since the density of the non-woven fabric or paper is increased, heat is interrupted during the heat treatment for curling, and the heat necessary for curling is not applied.

Moreover, the conditioner for synthetic fibers applied to the hair 14 is used for the purpose of improving the texture because the synthetic fibers after the curling are hardened, and is composed of nonions, cations or a mixture thereof. What contains 20 to 30% of surfactant is preferable. If the surfactant content exceeds 30%, the surface of the bristle material 10 becomes sticky or changes in color due to the heat treatment after curling, and if the surfactant content is 20% or less, the curl The effect of improving the texture after application is hardly recognized.

In the process shown in FIG. 12, an aluminum pipe member 33 having a circular cross section is placed on one end side of the sheet material 35, and these are integrally wound around the pipe material 33 while applying tension to the hair 14 and the sheet material 35. As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the outer center of the hair 14 and both side ends are fixed by a stopping means 36 such as an adhesive tape or a rubber ring. Then, the pipe material 33 around which the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound is put in a dryer set at about 90 ° C. and heat-treated for about 1 hour. Thereafter, the pipe material 33 is taken out and naturally cooled, and finally the hair 14 is removed from the sheet material 35.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described by adding FIGS. 17 and 18 to FIGS. 7 to 16 common to the third and fourth embodiments. Detailed description of the same components as those in the third and fourth embodiments will be omitted. This embodiment is excellent in imparting curl to the hair pieces 10a, 10b of the hair material 10 made of polyamide, particularly linear aliphatic polyamide. Further, the coloring of the hair material is the original material by kneading the raw material, and the surface of the hair material is made of spherulite, blast or a combination thereof, and as shown in FIG. More preferably, the gloss is suppressed and the shrinkage ratio of the hair material is 2 to 5%.

In the fifth embodiment, the steps of FIGS. 7 and 8 are the same as those in the third and fourth embodiments. When the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound around the pipe material 33, the silicon emulsion aqueous solution is used. Immerse. As the sheet material 35, a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight (basis number) of 18 to 30 g / m 2 may be used. When the basis weight is 18 g / m 2 or less, the amount of impregnation with the aqueous solution of silicon emulsion is reduced, and it is difficult to fix the coating on the surface of the hair material uniformly and at a predetermined film pressure. Sometimes it is easy to break if tension is applied.

The non-woven fabric as the sheet material 35 is preferably a non-woven fabric having a property that the surface frictional force increases and does not slip when wet with water. If the surface slips when the sheet material 35 is wetted with water, the sheet material 35 turns around when it is wound around the aluminum pipe member 33, or a gap is formed between the hairs 14 wound around the pipe member 33 and loosened. Causes curling. For these reasons, the nonwoven fabric is preferably made of rayon or polyester, and preferably has a basis weight (basis number) of 18 to 30 g / m 2 as described above.

The silicone emulsion is used for imparting curl to the hair material 10 and imparting smoothness and concentration effect to the hair material surface, and the aonin discolored epoxy silicone is a dark color effect, texture and durability. The concentration of the aqueous solution is preferably 1 to 2% because there is no discoloration or sticky texture after curling.

9 and FIG. 11 (a) following FIGS. 7 and 8, the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are dipped in a silicon emulsion aqueous solution and lightly squeezed, and the sheet material 35 is not wrinkled in FIG. In this manner, the state is shown in which the hair 14 is spread on a work table in close contact with the hair 14 placed at a predetermined position of the sheet material 35. Next, by combing the hairs 14 so as to be straight, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 (b), the gaps between the hair materials 10 are not opened and are uniformly aligned. The thickness of the hairs 14 is reduced by distributing them.

In the next step shown in FIG. 12, an aluminum pipe member 33 having a circular cross section is placed on one end side of the sheet member 35, and these are integrated into the pipe member 33 while applying tension to the hairs 14 and the sheet member 35. As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the outer center and both side ends of the hair 14 are fixed by a stopper 36 such as an adhesive tape or a rubber ring. Then, the pipe material 33 around which the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound is covered with a towel or the like to wipe off the excess silicon emulsion aqueous solution.

In the next step shown in FIG. 18, the entire outer sides of the hairs 14, the sheet material 35, and the pipe material 33 are covered with an aluminum foil 37, and this is placed in a dryer at 160 to 170 ° C. and heat-treated for 40 to 60 minutes. . After the heat treatment, it is taken out from the dryer and naturally cooled, and finally the hair 14 is taken out.

In addition, the clothing by the aluminum foil 37 of the present embodiment is intended to obtain curls having a high retention property at a lower temperature by continuously applying moisture and dry air in one heat treatment. That is, the water content of the silicon emulsion aqueous solution impregnated in the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 is influenced by the material of the aluminum pipe member 33 and the aluminum foil 37 for 20 to 30 minutes after being put in the dryer. Since evaporation is suppressed, the hair 14 is heat-treated at high temperature and high humidity, and then heat-treated with dry heat when the water evaporates.

Thus, in the fifth embodiment, even if there is no special device, the material or basis weight of the sheet material 35 to be wound together with the hair 14 is combined with the aluminum pipe material 33 or the aluminum foil 37, By adjusting the temperature and time of the heat treatment, it is possible to apply moisture and dry air continuously in succession, whereby a curl with a higher retention can be obtained.

Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described by adding FIGS. 19 and 20 to FIGS. 7 to 16 common to the third to fifth embodiments. Detailed description of the same components as those in the third to fifth embodiments will be omitted. This embodiment is suitable for artificial hair described below. That is, a core-sheath structure composed of a semi-aromatic polyamide having a phenylene unit in the main chain in the core and a linear fatty acid polyamide connected to the sheath by a methylene chain bond, and the weight ratio of the sheath / core is 30/70. An artificial hair having a thickness of 40 to 80 μm in a range of ˜10 / 90 is suitable.

As the semi-aromatic polyamide in the core, for example, nylon MXD6 obtained by polymerizing metaxylylenediamine and adipic acid is more preferable, and as the linear fatty acid polyamide in the sheath, for example, nylon 6 is more preferable. FIG. 19 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the hair material 10 of artificial hair having a core-sheath structure. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 20 (a), it is preferable that the bristle material 10 using artificial hair is subjected to a process of roughening the surface by blast shot or the like to form the unevenness 10f and suppressing gloss. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 20B, it is preferable that the height difference 38 between the concave surface and the convex surface is about 1.3 μm at the maximum.

In the sixth embodiment, the steps of FIGS. 7 and 8 are the same as in the fifth embodiment, and when wound around the pipe material 33, silicon is applied to the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 as in the fifth embodiment. Immerse in an aqueous emulsion. The purpose of this aqueous silicon emulsion solution is to fix a curl to the surface of the hair material 10 at the same time as imparting curl. The sheet material 35 may be a rayon or polyester nonwoven fabric having a basis weight (basis number) of 18 to 30 g / m 2.

When the basis weight is 18 g / m 2 or less, the amount of the silicon emulsion aqueous solution impregnated decreases, and it is difficult to fix the hair surface coating uniformly and to a predetermined film pressure. It is easy to break when applied.

For these reasons, the nonwoven fabric is preferably made of rayon or polyester, and more preferably has a basis weight (basis number) of 18 to 30 g / m2.

Then, the pipe material 33 around which the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound is put into a drier at 100 ° C. or less to dry the moisture, and only silicon remains in the hair 14 and the sheet material 35. Put it in a state. After that, the pipe material 33 around which the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound is put into a dryer at 180 ° C. and subjected to a heat treatment for 2 hours to impart curl to the hair material 10 and simultaneously coat the surface of the hair material 10. To fix. After the heat treatment, it is taken out from the dryer and naturally cooled, and finally the hair 14 is taken out.

As a modification of the sixth embodiment, the seventh embodiment described below can be implemented. In the seventh embodiment, the hair 14 and the sheet material 35 are wound around the pipe member 33 in the step shown in FIG. 14 of the sixth embodiment, and then the entire pipe member 33 is made of aluminum in the step shown in FIG.
