Description

The present invention relates to a technique for binding and fixing natural hair to the hair of the head.

There has been proposed a method of increasing hair by binding an artificial hair material on the basis of wearing a wig or the remaining own hair when hair becomes thin by hair removal. As the hair thickening method, there is a hair thickening method in which synthetic hairs of synthetic fibers are connected to the hair of the head hair, and one or a plurality of artificial hairs are added to the hair of one hair. Many proposals have been made for increasing hair in view of the binding method and workability that do not loosen.
For example, in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-96722), the hair for thickening is tied between the knot and the ground of the own hair having a knot on the portion close to the background, The hair thickening method (see FIG. 8 (a)) which prevents the hair from moving before the knot, and the hair for thickening the hair on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular member through which the own hair can be passed. There has been proposed a hair thickening tool tied in a movable state.
In Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent No. 4564162), a loop portion in which one or two trunk hairs are folded in two is formed with a loop portion capable of tightening the inserted own hair, and one end side of the trunk hair A knotted ball is formed, and a plurality of hairs for thickening hair are folded in two between the knotted ball and the ring portion, and the hair for hair thickening is bound to the other end side where the trunk hair is folded. The artificial hair material (refer FIG.8 (b)) made not to wear and the hair increasing method which connects this artificial hair material to own hair are proposed.
In Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-53910), the own hair is drawn to the root in a quadruple loop formed by folding the artificial hair, and both ends of the artificial hair are tensioned in a straight line to pull the quadruple loop. The squeezing and folding of this quadruple loop is released, and the hair is entangled in the first double loop restored by its return and twisting, forming a circular knot, and then tightening and consolidating the artificial A hair thickening method (see FIG. 8 (c)) in which a double loop of hair and self hair are intertwined and bound to each other has been proposed.
Patent Document 4 (No. 2549565) discloses a hair bonding method for hair thickening (see FIG. 8 (d)) in which a base of a hair thickening member is wound around a hair base in a spiral shape and bonded with a hot melt adhesive. Proposed.
In Patent Document 5 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-63457), a hair thickening member is tied to the base of the own hair, and a knot is provided on the hair so that the hair can be opened. The hair thickening method (see FIG. 8 (e)) is proposed in which the hair thickening member is not removed and the hair thickening member can be easily returned to the root for the growth of the own hair.
In Patent Document 6 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-217715), a hair thickening method in which hair for hair growth with a cuticle is attached to its own hair so that the cuticle is in the same direction (see FIG. 8 (f)). Has been proposed.
Artificial hair is generally used for thickening. Synthetic hair is strong, light, thin and suitable for a large number of hairs, and has the merit of being low cost. On the other hand, it has a sense of incongruity with natural hair such as shrinkage due to wear, water repellency, gloss / reflectivity and feel. When using artificial hairs such as wigs as a main component, there are few problems, but in the case of the hair thickening method that binds artificial hair to the own hair, natural hair and artificial hair are mixed, so there is a sense of incongruity and discomfort. There are natural drawbacks.
On the other hand, when natural hair is used as a hair material for thickening hair, there are cuticles. It is difficult to use. If the orientation of the cuticles is made uniform, as shown in Patent Document 6, the cuticles are linked one by one, and the hair thickening effect is lowered. In addition, natural hair has hygroscopicity, and knots are easy to loosen, fall off and have poor fixing properties.
However, the present inventors have continued research and development on the assumption that the hair material for thickening to be tied to the own hair is suitable for natural hair that blends well with the own hair and looks natural.

Using natural hair from which the cuticle has been peeled off as a hair material for thickening, it can be folded into two and attached to its own hair, and even when mixed with its own hair, it is not restricted by the direction of the cuticle and maintains its naturalness I was able to realize the hair thickening that can. Since natural hair material can be bound to its own hair in a folded state, even a natural hair material can secure a sufficient amount of hair increase.
According to the binding method of the present invention, even when a natural hair material was used, there was no looseness and the fixability could be improved. Since it is possible to prepare in advance a hair binding material in which a loop for self hair insertion to which the binding method of the present invention can be applied is applied, it is possible to focus on the tightening work between the hair and the hair binding material during the treatment. It is possible to shorten the time and perform a stable treatment. If a bump is provided on the own hair, the retaining action is improved.
The present invention is a method of binding by reducing and tightening a loop inserted through the own hair. Since the own hair does not bend, damage caused by hair binding is small. Since the loop can be reduced by pulling the free end side while holding the knot, it is not necessary to pull the own hair. In the present invention, looseness is prevented by the knot formed by the winding and the U-shaped portion with respect to the bristle portion after inserting the own hair. Furthermore, by winding the free end side of the bristle material once around the U-shaped portion, the U-shaped portion is twisted by tightening the free end side, the frictional force is increased, and a further anti-loosening effect is exhibited.
The natural hair material from which the cuticle has been mechanically peeled has no effect on the inside of the hair material, so it does not damage the inside of the hair, has excellent texture and durability, and is familiar with its own hair.
In addition, as a method of peeling the cuticle, means using chemicals such as sodium bisulfite liquid hypochlorite is also known, but since it is destroyed to the inside (protein) of natural hair material, it deteriorates, Hair breakage may occur in the middle of manufacturing and work, and there were problems with deterioration and durability, making it difficult to put it to practical use.

In the present invention, natural hair from which a cuticle is mechanically peeled is used as a hair material for thickening. This bristle material is folded in half to form a U-shaped part at the tip, and the doubled part is bent and crossed to form a loop for inserting the hair, and then the free end passes through the U-shaped part. Let the hair binding material be made up. By inserting the hair of the head into the loop of the hair binding material and drawing the free end side, the loop is tightened and bound to the hair. By repeatedly applying this to other hairs, the number of hairs in the thin hair portion is increased and the thin hair is eliminated.

<Hair binding mode 1>
An example of the hair binding material A is shown in FIG. The hair binding material shown in FIG. 1 shows a loose state in order to make the state of the knot easy to understand. In fact, it is tight and there is no play. As the material of the hair material 1, a natural hair material from which the cuticle has been peeled is used as the hair material 1. The hair binding material A inserts its own hair into the loop 2, pulls the free end 19 side of the hair material 1, makes the loop smaller, and binds the own hair and the hair binding material A strongly to bind the hair. Construct the knot so that the tightened loop does not loosen because it is a method of maintaining the hair binding by tightening the loop instead of generating a binding force by complicatedly intertwining the hair and the hair binding material is important. The present invention realizes a knot that is difficult to loosen by the method of intertwining the hair material 1 that constitutes the knot 4.

An example of the process of creating the hair binding material A is shown in FIG.
The bristle material 1, which is natural hair from which the cuticle has been peeled, is folded back in the middle, and folded into a U-shape having a U-shaped portion 3 and free ends 19a, 19b (FIG. 2 (a)).
Next, the bristle material 1 is rotated in the length direction, and the small ring part 5 is formed on the U-shaped part 3 side. By this operation, since the bristle material 1 intersects once, the first intersecting portion 41 is formed (FIG. 2B).
Next, the free ends 19 a and 19 b are passed through the small ring portion 5. The 2nd crossing part 42 and the 3rd crossing part 43 arise, and three crossing parts are made. The loop 2 is formed between the intersection 41 and the intersection 42. The loop 2 is a part through which the own hair is inserted. In the figure, the bristle material on the back side at the intersection is erased, and the bristle material on the upper side is indicated by a solid line (FIG. 2C). In this state, when the U-shaped portion 3 and the free ends 19a and 19b are tightened, the knot can be tied.
Next, the free ends 19 a and 19 b are pulled out through the U-shaped portion 3. As a result, a fourth intersection 44 is formed (FIG. 2D).

The state shown in FIG. 2D shows the same situation as in FIG. From here, the small ring portion 5 is reduced and narrowed down so that each crossing portion is firmly tightened, whereby the bristle material 1 is bent at the crossing portion so as to restrain each other, and no loosening occurs. For example, in the simple U-shaped knot shown in FIG. 9A, the U-shaped portion is loosened as soon as it moves. Even in the improved method shown in FIG. 9B, when the U-shaped portion is loosened, the tightening force is weakened. On the other hand, the present invention has a configuration in which the looseness of the U-shaped portion is not transmitted because the U-shaped portion through which the free end is finally loosened is tied to the previous three locations by the intersecting portions. Since the U-shaped part itself is not allowed to loosen by this knot, the resistance to loosening is larger than in the conventional example. Therefore, the binding is maintained without loosening the loop 2 through which the own hair is inserted, and the fixing rate is increased. In particular, the hair material 1 that is natural hair has elasticity and has a strong tendency to return to a straight line due to properties such as hygroscopicity, but the configuration of the hair binding material of the present invention can effectively prevent looseness. Confirmed. The hair to be inserted only passes through the loop of the hair binding material, and the hair material for thickening and the hair itself are bent in a complicated manner like the hair binding of Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-53910). However, since it is not an entangled structure, damage to the hair is small.

<Hair binding mode 2>
An example of the hair binding material B of the second embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG .
In the second embodiment, a process of passing the free ends 19a and 19b through the U-shaped portion 3 based on the first embodiment is further added. That is, when the U-shaped portion 3 is passed through the free end side so as to make one turn, the intersecting portions 45 and 46 are generated. When the free end side is drawn in this state, a twist occurs in the U-shaped portion, and the resistance to loosening is improved.

<結毛材>
<Hair binding material>
The user's hair binding work can be done by creating a loop while applying the hair material 1 to its own hair, but it is necessary to create a large number of hairs, maintaining the quality by time, labor and skill. There is a problem. Moreover, a user will be restrained for a long time. For this reason, it is easy to save time and maintain quality by preparing a hair binding material processed to a state where a loop is left, inserting and tightening the own hair, and styling hair after completing the entire hair thickening.
FIG. 4 shows a preparation state of the hair binding material in a state where a loop is formed. The hair binding material A in which the knot 4 is tightened in the state shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3 is prepared in a state of being inserted into the tubular sheath material 8. Supply and set management of the hair binding material A is facilitated by supplying a specific number of hair binding materials A such as 10, 12, 20 and the like.

<Binding work>
The binding work is performed by removing one hair binding material A from the sheath material 8, passing the own hair H through the loop 2 at the tip, pulling the free end 19 near the root, and squeezing the loop 2. A is firmly bound to the own hair H (see FIG. 5A). This operation is repeated as many times as necessary to thicken the thin hair. The number of hair increases varies from case to case, but it will increase from hundreds to thousands, and detailed work will continue. Therefore, in order to reduce the workability of craftsmen and the burden on users, the ease of work and the reduction of restraint time Is desired. Since the present invention can be bound by pulling the free end side of the hair binding material, the operation is easy, and the time is shortened and the burden on the user can be reduced. Moreover, since the binding part floats or the own hair falls off as the own hair grows, care is required in about one month. Simplification of workability can shorten the user's restraint time.
It is also possible to bind a plurality of hair binding materials A to one self-hair. It is also possible to newly bind a hair binding material A to one of the hair binding materials divided into two, and apply two or more thickenings to one self-hair. Even if the hair binding material A of the present invention was natural hair, the cuticle was peeled off, and it was folded back to enable the unit of 2 hairs to be increased.
As a modification, it is possible to add means (see FIG. 5B) for preventing the hair-binding material from slipping and falling off by forming a bump by tying its own hair. By performing the hair binding work between the ball knot and the root of the own hair, the knot acts as a resistance and has an effect of preventing dropout.
Since hair falls off naturally, it is necessary to visit a beauty salon at intervals of 1 to 2 months, including its care, and make a replantation. In particular, since the change due to shedding is large with the progress of thinning hair, the number of cares tends to increase.
Since the present invention is in a state where the own hair is passed through the loop, it can be slid to the root side when the own hair is stretched and the hair binding part is lifted. On the other hand, in the methods disclosed in Patent Documents 3 and 5, it is necessary to once untie the knot and re-knot it again. Unwinding takes more time than hair binding, and care is done in a beauty salon, but it requires more than twice the time for hair binding again. The burden on users is large, and it is an obstacle to popularization. Moreover, since patent document 4 adhere | attaches with a hot-melt-adhesive, it cannot redo with respect to elongation of self-hair.
Alternatively, the hair is inserted into the sleeve of the sheath material 8 and the hair binding material A at the tip is transferred to the base side of the hair, and in that state, pulling while holding the knot, the loop is drawn and drawn. It is also possible to adopt a method in which the fastening is completed by tightening strongly.

[Mechanical peeling treatment of cuticle]
The present invention uses natural hair as a hair material. Natural human hair has directionality due to the cuticle (see Fig. 6 (b)), and when folded in half, it interferes with each other, entangles, has poor combing, and makes hairdressing unnatural. Met.
In the present invention, this problem is solved by peeling the cuticle. In particular, a method of removing the cuticle by mechanical abrasion was adopted as the peeling process. The cuticle can be scraped off by preparing human hair with the same direction, pressing the tip of the hair, and grinding with a file. Alternatively, there is a method of deleting the cuticle by pressing the hair end side, sandwiching it from above and below with an abrasive such as a paper file, and squeezing it to the root side. Cut off the pressed hair ends.
It is needless to say that the cuticle deletion state (see FIG. 6A) need not be completely deleted, and the degree can be adjusted in consideration of the hair quality and the like.

[Fixing test 1]
1. Test Method (1) Target Hair Binding Means Embodiment 1 of the present invention is referred to as Example 1 and Embodiment 2 is referred to as Example 2, and three types of hair binding means of Conventional Example 1 (FIG. 9) were used. As the hair material, natural hair material obtained by mechanically peeling the cuticle is used.
(2) Test subjects
Two men (A, B) in their 40s with slightly thin hair were targeted.
(3) Fixing rate test The number of remaining hairs with increased hair was calculated from the previous month and used as the fixing rate.
The test period was from 1 month to 8 months. This example is 1 month, this example 2 is 8 months, and the conventional example is 2 months.
Care was taken every month. When caring, the number of remaining hair binding materials was counted, and the fixing rate was calculated from the number of remaining hairs relative to the number of hair bindings at the end of the previous care work.
In the care work, the binding site that has been lifted due to the growth of the own hair is moved to the root side, tightened, and new hair binding work is applied to the location that needs to be supplemented. The remaining number from the previous time and the newly supplemented number will be the basic number for the next calculation of the retention rate.
The test results are shown in Table 1. FIG. 7 shows a graph of the transition of the fixing rate regarding the second example and the conventional example. In the conventional example, since the fixing rate was very low in the 10% range, it was decided to end when the care was performed twice.

<考察>
<Discussion>
As a result of this fixing rate test, the fixing rate of Example 2 was 54 to 73%. In Example 1, 45% and 35% were observed after one month. Conventional examples are 10% and 14%.
As a result, it was confirmed that the fixing rate of Example 1 was improved by 2 to 4 times compared to the conventional example. In this example 2, the fixing rate was improved by 4 to 7 times compared to the conventional example. For subject A, the fixing rate of Example 2 on average was 1.36 times that of Example 1. For subject B, this example 2 exhibited an average fixing rate of 1.91 times that of this example 1.
About this example 2, the fixing rate of about 60% is shown, which is a result that a very large improvement is recognized as compared with the conventional example.
This difference in the retention rate also affects the number of trees to be replanted by care, so it has a greater effect on the time and cost of the care work than the simple remaining number. According to the present invention, the fixing rate is improved, and the change of the hair by the hair thickening process is small, so that it is difficult for a third party to notice and the care burden can be reduced.

[Hair binding material quality test]
(1) Test method Ten sets of hair binding materials were attached to a straw-shaped sheath body to constitute one set. The number of hairs that were not suitable for binding work, such as loosening when the hairs were removed from this set, was examined as the number of crushed hairs. The crushed hair binding material cannot be used because it cannot be inserted into its own hair or is easily removed even if it is inserted. The results are shown in Table 2.

<考察>
<Discussion>
In this example, since there were three defective products in 200 samples, the defective product rate was 1.5%, whereas in the conventional example, there were 17 defective products, so the defective product rate was Was confirmed to be as large as 8.5%.

[Hair material strength test]
A tensile strength test was performed on the human hair from which the cuticle was mechanically peeled and the human hair from which the cuticle was peeled off by a commercially available chemical treatment. Untreated normal hair is generally considered to have a tensile strength of 100 to 150 g. The results are shown in Table 3.

<考察>
<Discussion>
Cuticle peeling treatment hair material by chemical treatment is about half the strength of the usual, and it can be seen that it is easy to cut by hair cutting such as comb.
On the other hand, the mechanically peeled hair material used in the present invention maintains a strength of about 90% with respect to normal, and it has been confirmed that there is little risk of hair breakage due to general hair styling work.
