There are two types of wigs: full wigs and partial wigs like hairpieces. The general structure of these wigs is a base body made of a flexible material such as synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, cloth, or net, and a base body made of a flexible material such as synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, cloth, or net. It is formed from artificial hair or other artificial hair attached by a fixing means.

In addition, if hair (self-hair) remains on the scalp, the wig can be fixed by fixing fixing fittings such as clips or hair pins to the hair, or the remaining hair can be tied with thread or adhesive. A method of fixing the wig by bundling and knitting the wig to form a wig attachment part, sewing the wig to the attachment part, or gluing the wig with adhesive, etc. is attracting attention.

However, the above-mentioned conventional wigs have poor breathability when the base body is made of airtight material such as synthetic rubber and is adhered to the scalp using adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape. Sweat causes stuffiness, which causes bad smells and rashes, and is unsanitary. Moreover, when the head was applied, the user felt an uncomfortable sensation as if a foreign object was placed on the head.

In order to ensure breathability, the base body of the wig is preferably made of a fibrous material such as cloth or a net-like material. Adopting the method of using adhesive to fix the base body of a wig made of such materials to the scalp is not practical because the adhesive will seep onto the top surface of the base body. do not have. Therefore, there is no choice but to fix the base body to the scalp using, for example, double-sided adhesive tape or fixing metal fittings such as hair pins. However, this fixing method requires double-sided adhesive tape and fixing metal fittings between the scalp and the base body, which causes a sense of discomfort and lacks the ground surface area for attaching the fixing parts, making it easy for hair pins to slip on the hair body. Therefore, the state in which the wig, etc. was attached was unstable.

In addition, conventional methods that use adhesive to harden the remaining hair around the back of the scalp and then fix the wig to the attachment point formed with adhesive may damage the hair and hair roots, or There is an inconvenience in that it takes time and effort to adhere or dissolve the adhesive when attaching and removing the product to the scalp.

In addition, the conventional method of fixing a wig is to sew the wig support frame to the attachment part, which is formed by weaving the hair bundles that grow around the scalp using thread. Because the surface of the body is slippery, the hair becomes loose, falls out, or loses its shape. Therefore, the fixation of the wig is currently insufficient. Moreover, the darning thread used to secure the wig is inadvertently inserted between the hair and the hair, which puts an excessive burden on the hair, damaging the hair and damaging the hair roots, promoting hair loss. Sometimes it happened.

Furthermore, in the ninth step, the knotted thread 9a is wound twice from the lower part on the near side to the starting end side around the two twisted threads 9b and 9c into which the hair bundle 8 has been knitted in the second to eighth steps. This tying operation is repeated twice to form two knots 10b at the other ends of the three threads, completing one cycle (see Figures 10 and 11). In this embodiment, the thread 9a is wound twice, but this is to ensure sufficient binding, and the thread 9a may be wound once or three or more times.

Moreover, the darning thread 12 is inserted through the gap 13 between the adjacent hair bundles 8, 8, and the darning thread 12 can be tightly tightened, so that the center part of the base body of the wig 1 is particularly close to the scalp. The wig 1 can be firmly attached and fixed to the scalp in a securely fitted state without coming up from the wig. Moreover, hair body 5
Since the hair bundle 8 is a bundled hair bundle 8, the force is dispersed, and as a result of the tightening of the darning thread 12, no burden is applied to the hair body 5 due to excessive tension, tightening of the rubber string, etc.

Also, the proximal end portion 8 of the hair bundles 8, 8 through which the darning thread 12 is inserted.
Since the gap 13 between a and Ba is close to each other and the spacing S1 is not wide, the hair is knitted every cycle accordingly, so that it is suspended downward along the fiber direction of the hair body 5. The terminal ends 8b on the tip side of the hair bundle 8 are uniformly close to each other, and unlike the explanatory drawing in FIG. 12, the distance S is not actually large.

After the hair bundle 8 is inserted into the loop 14 formed by the curling thread 9a wound around the hair bundle 9c and the hair bundle 8 is tightened, the subsequent steps are continued. However, after the hair bundle 8 is inserted into the loop 14 and tightened to form the first joint 15, the ninth step is performed, and two hair bundles 8 are inserted into the loop 14. The tying yarn 9a may be wound around the twisted yarns 9b and 9c, and a tying operation may be performed to complete one cycle. Conversely, after winding the hair bundle 8 around the two twisted yarns 9b and 9c, a crossing portion 16 consisting of three yarns is formed as the first joint, and then the hair bundle 8 is wound between the twisted yarns 9b and 9c. Then, the braided yarn 9a may be wound around the twisted yarns 9b and 9c to wind the loop 14 as a second joint, and the hair bundle 8 may be inserted therethrough, and then the tying operation may be completed.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the direction of the hair bundle 8 to be knitted is changed so as to match the fiber direction of the hair 5 before the knot 10b is held, but this is not necessarily necessary, and the hair bundle 8 is pulled out. The hair bundle 8 is knitted using at least three threads, ie, a plurality of twisted threads 9b and 9c and a knotted thread 9a, until the terminal end 8b on the distal end side is used to form a substantially band-shaped attachment part 7 on the side surface. It's okay.

In addition, the number of bristles 5 required to form one bristles bundle 8 is determined in the above explanation for convenience of handling and to avoid unsightly appearance by setting the finished width of the attachment part 7 to approximately 51 uI and 11 to 1 Ω.
From this point of view, a hair bundle 8 consisting of, for example, 10 to 15 hairs 5 is used, but the number is not limited to the quality of flexibility of the hairs 5 or the diameter of the hairs 5. It can be increased or decreased arbitrarily.

In addition, in the above description, it is preferable to attach and fix the wig l to the attachment part 7 formed by weaving a large number of hair bundles 8 made up of an appropriate number of civil engineering hair bodies 5 into three threads. Although explained as an example, the method for forming a wig attachment part and the method for fixing a wig according to the present invention can be applied to a teaching doll used when putting on and fixing a wig in a hairdressing salon, for example. Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to a method of forming a wig attachment part and a method of fixing a wig.

According to the invention described in claims 1 to 3, between the knots formed by at least three threads in each cycle, these threads are twisted in a required procedure and twisted (the threads are twisted into twisted threads). The attachment part is formed by winding or inserting the hair bundle into the loop formed by the tying thread, tightening and fixing the hair bundle, so there is no possibility of the knitted hair slipping or loosening. There is no need to pull out the wig, and there is no damage to the hair body or hair roots. Even if the base body is made of a flexible material, the wig can be firmly and reliably attached and fixed without shifting due to strenuous exercise such as sports or flipping up due to wind pressure. .

Further, according to the invention as set forth in claim 2, the hair bundle, which is woven with three threads from the hair growing around the hairless area or thin hair area, is formed in the last stage of each cycle. The wig is tightened and fixed along the fiber direction, so the fake hair of the wig blends harmoniously with the hair body. Therefore, when wearing a wig, the unnaturalness of the hair near the hairline can be eliminated, allowing a natural wearing state to be achieved.

Furthermore, according to the invention set forth in claim 4, when the wig is sewn to the attachment part, the darning thread can be easily inserted into the interior by utilizing the gap formed between the proximal ends of adjacent hair bundles. Since the thread can be inserted through the wig support frame and the attachment part where the hair bundle is knitted, it is possible to quickly and reliably insert the thread between the wig support frame and the attachment part where the hair bundle is knitted. The wig can be applied and fixed without coming up.
