Wigs include full wigs and partial wigs such as hairpieces. The general structure of these wigs is, for example, a base body formed of a flexible material such as synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, cloth, net, and the like, and appropriately fixed to the base body by flocking, adhesive sewing, binding, or the like. It is formed from artificial hair such as human hair and artificial hair attached by means.

If hair (self hair) remains on the scalp, a wig is fixed by fixing a fixing device such as a clip or a hairpin to the hair, or the remaining hair is removed with a thread or an adhesive. Attention has been focused on a method of bundling and knitting with the use of a wig to form an attachment portion of the wig, and sewing the wig to the attachment portion or fixing the wig by bonding with an adhesive.

However, the above-mentioned conventional wigs and the like have poor air permeability when the base body formed of an airtight material such as synthetic rubber is adhered to the scalp using an adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape. Sweat caused stuffiness, causing odor and rash, and was unsanitary. In addition, there was a sense of incongruity as if a foreign object was placed on the head at the time of attachment.

In order to ensure air permeability, it is preferable that the base body of the wig is formed of a fibrous material such as cloth or a net-like material. Adopting a method of bonding the base body of the wig formed of such a material to the scalp using an adhesive is practical because the adhesive oozes out on the upper surface of the base body. Absent. Therefore, there has been no other choice but to fix the base body to the scalp using a fixing metal such as a double-sided adhesive tape or a hairpin. However, in this fixing method, since a double-sided adhesive tape and a fixing metal are interposed between the scalp and the base body, a sense of incongruity is generated, and a ground contact area for attaching the fixing component is poor, and the hairpin easily slips on the hair body. , Wigs and the like were unstable.

In addition, conventional hairs that are left behind on the scalp and are solidified using an adhesive or the like, and the wig is fixed to the mounting portion formed with the adhesive or the like, may damage the hairs and hair roots,
There has been a problem in that it takes time and effort to attach or detach the wig to or from the scalp.

Further, the conventional fixing method of fixing a wig by sewing a wig support frame to an attachment portion formed by knitting a hair bundle of hair growing around the scalp using a thread, Because the body surface is easily slipped, the hair is loosened, slipped out, or deformed. Therefore, the fixing of the wig has been insufficient one step now. In addition, since the overlock thread to inadvertently fix the wig is inserted between the hair and the hair, excessive load is applied to the hair, the hair is damaged, the hair root is damaged and hair loss is promoted Had to be done.

According to the method of forming the attachment portion of the wig of the present application, a hair bundle composed of several tens of hairs that are appropriately grown around the hairless portion and the thin hair portion of the head is formed into at least three threads. Between the knots of each cycle, a plurality of twisted yarns and a knitting yarn for tightening the twisted yarn are twisted in a required procedure, or a hair bundle is wound and knitted, and at least three twisted yarns are knitted by a knitting yarn. Tightening is performed, and the bundle of hairs is inserted into the loop formed by the hardly threaded thread to tighten and fix. Therefore, between the knots formed at the beginning and end of each cycle, the number of hair bundles knitted into the three yarns is entangled with the yarns or wound and formed between the knots. The hair bundle composed of several tens of hairs remaining around the hairless part or the hair loss part of the head because it is tightened by the knots is wound or entangled with at least three threads. At the same time, the hair bundle and the yarn are firmly tightened and knitted. Therefore, the attachment portion is knitted in a substantially band shape as a whole, and has a strong knitting, thereby preventing loosening and falling out of the hair bundle.

At this time, the overlock thread 12 is made up of adjacent hair bundles every cycle.
It is easily and quickly inserted by utilizing the gap 13 formed between the base ends 8a of the 8,8. Wig 1 when overlocking thread 12 is inserted
The adherend does not suffer pain because the hair 5 is not pulled. In addition, since the overlock thread 12 is inserted into the gap 13 between the adjacent hair bundles 8 and 8 and can firmly tighten the overlock thread 12, the center portion of the base body of the wig 1 is particularly suitable for the scalp. The wig 1 can be attached to and fixed to the scalp in a state in which the wig 1 is securely fitted without rising from the scalp. And hair 5
Since the hair bundle 8 is bundled, the force is dispersed, so that the tightening of the overhang thread 12 does not apply a load to the hair 5 due to excessive pulling or tightening of a rubber string. Therefore, the hair 5 and the hair root are not damaged, and are suitable for rejuvenating and recovering the hair. In addition, the wig 1 does not move in response to intense exercise such as sports, and does not turn up against wind pressure.
