  • Waist portion 4 has generally a tubular shape and first and second leg portions 2 , 3 extend from it.
  • waist portion 4 comprises a front portion 4 ′ and a back portion 4 ′′, in this case the terms “front” and “back” must be understood in the same way as the above mentioned front portion and back portion of leg portions.
  • Waist portion 4 , first leg portion 2 and second leg portion 3 can have in turn different shapes, in other words they can in turn comprise interconnected sub-portions, particularly seamed so that to form the finished trousers.
  • the corresponding front portions 4 ′, 2 ′, 3 ′ and back portions 4 ′′, 2 ′′, 3 ′′ of waist 4 and leg portions 2 , 3 can be integrally made or can be separated one from the other and seamed one to the other.

  • Trousers 1 further comprises a crotch portion 5 arranged between first 2 and second leg portions 3 extending between front portion 4 ′ and back portion 4 ′′ of waist portion 4 .
  • Crotch portion 5 is arranged and shaped so that to cover the genital area, and preferably also the perineal area, of the wearer when the latter wears the trousers 1 .
  • Crotch portion 5 is connected to waist portion 4 and to leg portions 2 , 3 by seams 6 which are shaped and arranged so that to be outside the genital area, and preferably also outside the perineal area of the wearer when the latter wears trousers 1 .
  • crotch portion 5 is devoid of central seams crossing the genital and/or perineal areas.
  • seams connecting crotch portion 5 to the reminder of the trousers bypass such area, which therefore is not subjected to stresses caused by the central seam of the traditional trousers.
  • trousers 1 is not just comfortable but at the same time markedly reduces the risk of compressing and inflaming the genital organs of the wearer, and therefore also the risk of associated pathologies.
  • the seams 6 extending around the genital and/or perineal areas do not compromise the appearance of trousers 1 , which can be shaped according to the aesthetic in-fashion standards without particular limitations.
  • Crotch portion 5 is integrally made with at least one among waist portion 4 , first leg portion 2 and second leg portion 3 , and is connected to the remaining portions with which it is not integrally made by the above mentioned seams 6 .
  • crotch portion 5 can be integrally made with waist portion 4 , particularly with front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 , and can be connected by seams to first and second leg portions 2 , 3 .
  • Trousers of FIGS. 1-3 are made according to this way.
  • crotch portion 5 is integrally made and is devoid of seams for connecting its portions. Therefore, crotch portion 5 is already adapted to prevent constrictions on the genital organs of the trousers wearer.

  • front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 , front portion 2 ′ of first leg portion 2 , front portion 3 ′ of second leg portion 3 and crotch portion 5 are integrally made.
  • Back portion 2 ′′ of first leg portion 2 and back portion 3 ′′ of second leg portion 3 are separated from them and connected by seams (not shown in figures).
  • Back portion 4 ′′ of waist portion 4 preferably comprises in turn a first back portion 104 ′′ and a second back portion 204 ′′ of waist portion 4 which are separated one from the other and integrally made with back portion 2 ′′ of first leg portion 2 and with back portion 3 ′′ of second leg portion 3 , respectively.
  • First back portion 104 ′′ and second back portion 204 ′′ of waist portion 4 can be interconnected by a seam 19 for example arranged in the central area of back portion 4 ′′ of waist portion 4 .
  • Waist portion 4 can be for example provided with pockets 7 , buttonholes 8 for belts and fasteners 9 , for example a zip or button fastener.
  • Crotch portion 5 comprises a proximal portion 10 and distal portion 11 which can be integrally made. Proximal portion 10 is in turn integrally made with front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 . Crotch portion 4 has generally an elongated shape, proximal portion 10 having a decreasing width from front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 towards distal portion 11 . The latter, in turn, has a decreasing length from proximal portion 10 .
  • width means the dimension of crotch portion 5 parallel to the distance between leg portions 2 and 3 .
  • crotch portion 5 When trousers 1 are in an assembled state, crotch portion 5 , shaped in this way, is folded towards back portion 4 ′′ of waist portion 4 , in order to form the trousers crotch.
  • distal portion 11 of crotch portion 5 is connected by the seams 6 on a side 112 to back portion 2 ′′ of first leg portion 2 , on another side 113 to back portion 3 ′′ of second leg portion 3 and at its ends 119 to seam 19 connecting the first portions 104 ′′ to the second back portion 204 ′′ of waist portion 4 .
  • trousers 1 Preferably, between proximal portion 11 of leg portion 4 and respectively front portion 2 ′ of first leg portion 2 and front portion 3 ′ of second leg portion 3 , trousers 1 comprise some pleats 12 .

  • Crotch portion 5 is substantially shaped as in the first embodiment. Specifically, crotch portion 5 comprises a proximal portion 10 and distal portion 11 integrally made. Proximal portion 10 is in turn integrally made with front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 . Crotch portion 5 has generally an elongated shape, proximal portion 10 having a decreasing width from front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 towards distal portion 11 . The latter, in turn, has a decreasing width from proximal portion 11 . When the trousers are in an assembled state, crotch portion 5 , as shaped, is folded towards back portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 , in order to form the trousers crotch.
  • Distal portion 11 of crotch portion is connected by seams 6 on a side to back portion 2 ′′ of the first leg portion 2 , on another side to back portion 3 ′′ of second leg portion 3 and at its end to seam 19 connecting the first portion 104 ′′ to the second 204 ′′ of waist portion 4 .
  • FIGS. 3 a - 3 c shows a third possible embodiment of trousers 1 .
  • FIGS. 3 a and 3 b respectively show a front view and back view of trousers
  • FIG. 3 c shows semifinished starting products which, when are connected, enable to obtain the trousers of FIGS. 3 a - 3 b.
  • Trousers according to the third embodiment have a cut and features analogous to the ones of trousers according to the first embodiment, but they are distinguished from the latter by a shape of the crotch portion 5 .
  • crotch portion 5 comprises also, in this case, a proximal portion 10 and a distal portion 11 integrally made.
  • Proximal portion 10 is integrally made with front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 and has a decreasing width from front portion 4 ′ of waist portion 4 towards distal portion 11 .
  • the latter in turn comprises a first segment 111 and second segment 211 .
  • First segment 111 has a decreasing width from proximal portion 10 of crotch portion 5 towards second segment 211 of crotch portion 5 .
  • Second segment 211 has instead an increasing width from first segment 111 towards the end of distal portion 11 .
  • First and second segments 111 , 211 of distal portion 11 of crotch portion 5 are connected by the seams 6 to the back portion 2 ′′ of first leg portion 2 and back portion 3 ′′ of second leg portion 3 forming together, under seam 19 , a recess 14 having a shape complementary to the second segment 211 shape of distal portion 11 of crotch portion 5 .
  • trousers 1 Preferably, between proximal portion 11 of crotch portion 5 and respectively the front portion 2 ′ of first leg portion 2 and the front portion 3 ′ of second leg portion 3 , trousers 1 comprise some pleats 12 .
  • the trousers are comfortable and not disturbing in the crotch area.
  • the absence of central seams in the genital and/or perineal areas avoids undesired compressions of trousers against the wearer genital organs or anyway interactions which can cause inflammations and even pathologies.
  • the crotch portion which achieves the above mentioned effect is aesthetically discrete and therefore does not alter the outer aspect of the trousers.
