Preferably all portions of the valve-spring compressor illustrated, with the exception of the rivets and the spring, are made from sheet metal stampings and preferably thelower beam comprising the jaw portion 1 and the handle portion 3, and also the upper jawmember 2 and the handle 4, will be of channelform in cross section.
