The device further includes a supporting harness designated generally by the reference character H, and which harness includes identically formed crossed straps 5 and 6 which are detachably' maintained in their crossed relation by the interengageable snap fastener stud and socket 7 and S'carried respectively bythe strap sections 5 and 6. .One end 9fof the strap 6 is formed with a series of buckle tongue receiving openings 10, and one end 11 of the harness strap section 5 is provided with a series of buckle tongue re ceiving openings 12, while the opposite ends 13 and l iof the harness strap sections 5 and 6 have swivelly attached thereto the extension strap sections 15'and 16, the free ends of the latter carrying the buckles l7 and 18 respectively; This construction of the harness defines a pair of arm receiving loops designated bythe reference characters I. i
The receptacles or pouches A may be secured to the arm receiving loop portions I of the harness H in any desired manner, so that either pouch separatelyorbothqmay be employed in connection with the harness. As llustrated, the particular means for detachably connecting the pouches A with the harness consists of a substantially Vshaped tunnel forming member 20 presenting angularly related leads 21 and 22 which are attached by lines 01": stitching 23 to the inner side walls of the pouches A. The apex of the tunnel forming :member '21 is left unstitchedto provide a flap 24 which is normally held against opening by a snap fastener socket 25 which engages over a snap fastener stud 26 carried by the inner side wall of the pouch. Under this construction, when it is desired to remove one of the pouches, the snap fastenerzconnem tions 7 and 8 between the straps 5 and 6 are detached and the end 9 or =11 oftheharness strap section 5 or-G is drawn throughor unthreaded from the tunnel lead 21, the flap 24 being raised to facilitate the withdrawal. After the strap has been withdrawn from the lead 22, the said strap is swung on its swivel to alignment with the extension section'and is then withdrawn through the tunnel lead 21.
A-fter this has been accomplished, it is apparent that the reconnection of the snap fastener elements 7 and 8 and the re-engagement ofthe free end of the strap section with the buckle permits the use of the device with one pouch only, as clearly illustrated in Fig u-re 2 of the drawing.
Obviously, in use, the length of the harness straps 5 and 6 may be increased or decreased to net them to the wearer and, likewise, the strap Elias a range of adjustment to cause the pouches to snugly hug the sides of the wearers body. lV-hen the device is worn under the coat orother outer garment, it is practically invisible and affords means for conveniently and safelycarrying a largequantity 05f valuables, such as paper :money, stocks,
bonds or other negotiable papers of this nature.
, VV-hile there has been illustrated and described a single and preferred embodiment of the invention, it is to be clearly understood that no limitation is intended "to the precise structural details herein exhibited, but that variations and modifications which pro rly fall within the scope of the claims may bfresorted to when desired.
lVhat is claimed is:
1. In a carrier for valuables to be worn under and concealed by an outer garment, a supporting harness including a pair of straps crossing at the back of the wearer and forming a pair of loops for respectively receiving the arms and pouches having 'ineans for threading the looped port-ion therethrough to optionally attach a pouch to either of the loops.
In a carrier for valuables to be worn under and concealed by an outer garment, a supporting harness including a pair of straps crossing at the back of the wearer and forming a pair of loops for respectively receiving ing a pair ofstraps having intermediate their 'e-nds, detachable interengageable means of connection, a terminal section for each strap having swiveled connection with one end '"thereofand-means at the free end of each terminal section and the free end of each strap fordetacha'bly and adjustablyconnecting the terminal section endand the free endof each strap to form a pair of arm receiving loops and strap engaging means on each receptacle for receiving adjacent portions of the termina'l section and strap.
4. A valuable carrier of theindicatedcharacter including receptacles adapted-to underlie the arms at theopposite sides ofthebody and a supporting harness therefor comprising a pair of straps having intermediatetheir ends, detachable interengageable means of connection, a terminal section for each strap having swive'led connection with one end thereof and means at the free end of each 1) terminal section and the free and of each strap fordetacha'bly and adjustablgy connect ing the terminal section end-and the free end of each strap to form a pair ofa'rm receiving loops, said receptacles each having on the inner side, a tunnel through-which the terminal section and end of the strap which carries it is adapted to be threaded.

A valuable carrier ofthe indicated character including receptacles adapted to underlie the arms at the opposite sides of the body and a supporting harness therefor comprising a pair of straps having intermediate'their ends, detachable interengageable means of connection, a terminal section for each strap having swiveled connection with one end thereof and means at the free end of each terminal section and the free end of each strap for detachably and adjustably connecting the terminal section end and the free end of each strap to form a pair of arm receiving loops, said receptacles each having on the inner side, a tunnel through which the termi nal section and end of the strap which carries it is adapted to be threaded, said tunnels being of substantially V-shaped formation and presenting a loose flap at the apex to facilitate the threading or unthreading of the harness straps therethrou-gh.
6. A concealed carrier for valuables having the combination of a supporting harness including a pair of straps having intermediate their ends, detachable means of connection adapted to hold the straps in crossed relation at the back of the wearer and means ILIO
