A mast support comprising a socket for receiving a mast or the like, and adapted to be disposed in a hole formed in a roof, a supporting bracket disposed beneath and embracing the lower end of the socket and having outturned arms secured to the roof, plates extending on opposite sides of the socket, and embracing the same, said plates having hinged joint-stherebetween arranged approximately at right angles to the flanges of the supporting brace.

A mast support comprising a socket for receiving a mast of the like, and adapted to be disposed in a hole formed in a roof, a supporting bracket disposed beneath and embracing the lower end of the socket and having outturned arms secured to the roof, plates extending on opposite sides of the socket, and embracing the same, said plates having hinged joints therebetween arranged approximately at right-angles to the flanges of the supporting brace, and a cover fitted over the plates and about the socket secured thereto to protect the parts of the mastsupport. 7 A mast support of the character described comprising a socket inserted in a hole in a support and extending above and below the support, and plates hinged to the sides of said socket and movable in planes extending laterally therefrom to fasten the sock et to supporting surfaces at different angles thereto.

11. A mast support comprising a socket for receiving a mast or the like, plates extending on opposite sides of the socket and embracing the same, and means connected with the plates providing hinged joints therebetween.

A mast support comprising a socket for receiving a mast or the like, plates extending on opposite sides of the socket and embracing the same, and means connected with the plates providing hinged joints therebetween, the axis of said hinged joints being approximately in a plane passing vertically through the center of the socket.
