In the drawings I v Figure 1 represents a side elevation of the improved tool.
Fig. 2 represents an end elevation of the improved tool.
Fig. 3 represents a side elevation of one of the spars employed in the construction of the tool.
Referring to the drawings wherein like numerals designate like parts, it will .be seen that the invention involves in construction, a pair of bars 5 and 6 of substantially equal length and each being provided with substantially half of'its length tapering in the manner designated by numeral 7 Each bar is provided with an ofiset extension 8 which extension 'is provided with an opening 9 at its end portion. Between'the ofiset portion '8 and the tapering portion 7 of each bar, the same is provided with a pair of spaced openings 1010. The bar 5 is provided with a pair'of laterally disposed fingers 11.11. projecting in opposite directions adjacent the ofiset portion 8 and with a further pair of substantially longer fingers 1212, projecting laterally in opposite directions from the bar adjacent the tapering portion 7 thereof.
The bars are secured together by rivets 13 disposed through the openings 10-10. A pin 14 connects the offset portions 8 and rotatably mounted on the pin 14. is the outter disk 15 which has one side thereof beveled as at 16.
