It is believed that the many advantages of a curtain and drape rod attachment in accordance with this invention will be readily understood, and although the preferred embodiment of the invention is as illustrated and described, it is to be understood that changes in the details of construction may be had which will fall within the scope of the im'ention as claimed.
\Vhat is claimed is An ornamental plate for curtain or drape rods, having a straight upper edge formed with an inwardly extending flange for resting on the top part of the rod and a number o ficlips for attaching the plate to the rod, each clip having a long vertical leg and a short horizontal leg, the end of the short leg being attached to the tree edge of the flange.
