a cam member bifurcated to receive the ear and pivoted thereto and being engageable with the upper face of the arm, a pressure head having a stem slidably carried by the arm, a coil spring encircling the stem and engaged with the head and arm to tension the head, a member slidable on the post and having a screw to adjustably secure same to the post, and a coil spring encirclingthe post and engaged with the arm and with the said member to raise the arm upon release of the cam member.

In a vulcanizer, a bed, a vertical'fpost' secured to the bed and extending upwardly therefrom, a horizontal arm slidable on the post, a cam member pivoted to the post and engageable with the arm to depress the latter, a coil spring'on the post engaged with and beneath the arm to urge the latter upwardly, a pressure head having a stem slidably carried by the arm, and a coil spring on the stem engaged with the arm and head to tension the latter.
