y'Vhile I have shown and described the preferred embodiment of my invention, it is to be understood that I do not limit .myself to the preciseV construction herein disclosed and the right is reserved to all changes and modifications coming within the scope of the invention as defined in the appendedv claims. Having thus i described. my invention what I claimas new and desire to secure by United States Letters Patent is: v
1. In a device of the class described, a combination linger and back strap varranged in one position for providing a finger loop for y carrying the device in depending condition and in another position for providing a loop for carryingthe device with fingers engaged in this loop and ones palm pressed against the device. e v
' 2. In a device of the class described, a strap attached at its bottom end on the de- `vice, and extending upwards past the top ofthe device, and looped around for forming a finger. vgrip opening, and 4having its top end attached on the vdevice at a point whose distance from the top of the device is more than the diameter of an average persons index finger, and a loop member attached onI the device, and extending over the strap at the region of attachment of the top end of the strap for permitting the lower portion of the strap to be drawn outwards so as toform a back strap opening for the .A device. Y
3. In a device of the class described,` a strap attached at its bottom end on the device, and extending` upwards Vpast the top .of the device, and looped around for formregion of attachment of vthetop end of the s strap for permitting the lower portion of the strap tobe-drawn outwards so as to form. a back strap opening for the device,
the top portion o'f the strap being of enlarged width for restraining complete drawing 1 of the strap thru the loop member. y y Y 5. `In va device of thev class described, a
strap attached at its bottom end of the de# vice, Vand extending upwards Apast the top of the device, and looped around for forming a linger grip opening, vand having its top end attached on the device nearl the top thereof, and a loop member attached on the device, and extending over the strap at the region of attachment of the top end of the strap forpermitting the lower portion of Vthe strap to be drawn outwards so as to form a back strap opening'for the device, the top portionof the. strap being of enlarged width for restraining complete drawing ofthe strap thru the loop member and arranged for forming a finger loop disposed beneath the topedge of thedevice.
6. Ina device ofthe class described, la strap attachment at its bottom end of the device, and extendingY upwards past the top of the device, and looped-aroundfor forming a finger grip opening, and having its top end attached on the device near the ytop thereof, and a loop member attached on the device,'and extending over the strap at the region of attachment of the top end of thev strap for permitting the lower-'portion of the strap to be drawn outwards `so as to form a backstrap yopening for the device, v
the -top portion of the strap being of en-V larged width for restraining complete drawing of the strap thru the loop member and arrangedfor forming a linger loop disposed beneath the top edge of the device, a lug being adjustably mounted on the device and extending into the loop member for vary# ing the width thereof for the purpose stated.
