IMPROVEMENT IN SEWING-CABINETS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 167,589, dated September 7, 1870; application filed May 31, 1875.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ALFRED TOSTEVIN, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and Improved Combination Sewing-Cabinet and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to the letters marked thereon.
My sewing-cabinet, for which I desire to obtain Letters Patent, is an improvement on the sewing-cabinet, patent for which was granted July 28,1874,viz: It can be folded up into a compact form when desired, or opened and hung up when in use; is less liable to be injured by packing or transmis' box is fastened with a lid secured by a lock. What I claim is- A sewing-cabinet, consisting of compartments 1, 2,.3, 4, and 5, and inclosing-case, constructed, combined, and arranged substantially as set forth in the above specification.
