WVith these and other objects in view, as will appear hereinafter, my invention consists of certain novel features of construction, combination and arrangement of parts and portions, as will be hereinafter described in detail and particularly set forth in the appended claims, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to'the characters of reference thereon, which form a part of this application, in which:

To the outer por-v tion of the member 2 is secured -a handle member 6 in any convenient manner, the bandle member 6 being preferably bent outwardly so that the same or the hand holding the same will not interfere with or come in engagement with the facewhen in use.

It is obvious. from this construction as illustrated in the drawings and disclosed in the foregoing specification, that there is provided a shaving soap cake a holder therefor as aimed at and set forth in the objects of the invention, and though I have shown and described -a-- specifieconstrueti.on'=,-
