' This invention relates to garments. and more particularly to ladies" dresses or aprons, and its objects are to providea simply made garment which maybe worn with 5 either of its sides used as the front'and having certain side extensions made in such a way that they may be either utlhzed as belts or may be turned inward and used as pockets, and to'provide the device with 10 other novel features of construction and arrangement as hereinafter more fully described and'particularlypointed out in the claims, reference being had to the accompanying drawings in which,
