HUMIDOR.
Application filed August 14, 1925. Serial No. 50,309.
The object of this invention is to' provide a humidor proportioned to receive the quantity of tobacco sold in a small tin of popular size, the tobacco receptacle being provided with an air tight cap having a reservoir therein, the bottom wall of which is of porous material, so that if the tobacco is dry a small quantit of Water placed in the i reservoir will supp y the desired moisture.
A further object is to provide a receptacle having' a cap with means formed on the wall thereof for retaining a bottom element of porous material, such as soapstone, the upper portion of the cap being provided With a` h'lling opening having a suitable closure.
With the foregoing and other objects in view, the invention consists in the novel construction and arrangement of elements described, illustrated and claimed, it being understood that modifications may be lmade within the scope of the claims without de-` parting from the spirit of the invention.

1. A device of the class described, comprising a can,'a cover therefor including filling means, beads formed in the Wall ofthe cover, and a porous, mineral element mounted between the beads and below the top of the cover.
2. A device of' the class described, comprising a can, a cover therefor' ha'vingaiilling opening, a threaded closure for said opening, beads formed in the side Walls of the cover and below the top of said cover, and a porous mineral element mounted between the beads.
