IMPROVEMENT IN BOOKS OF LETTER-SHEETS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 158,4] 6, dated January 5, 1875; application filed December 5, 1874.
To all whom t may concern Be it known that i, HENRY S. JACKSON, of
lthe city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Self-Sealing Pocket N Ote-Books, of which the following is a Specification:
The object of this invention is to provide ready and convenient means for leaving notes in the absence of persons called upon, and for preventing trouble and delay in Writing notes on various occasions; and it consists in a book having the leaves gummed for sealing, and in combination With Such gummed leaves perforations across the leaves to allow the' leaf to be easily torn ott'.
