citizen ot the United States, residing` lat Halfway, in the county oi Lincoln and State of "Wyoming, have invented certain new and useful Imjiirovements in Tools, of which the following` is a specification. i rllhisvinvention has relation to Wire cutterl and more particularly to a wire cutter embodied in the construction of a .combination tool. i 4

Theprimary object of lthe inventionis to provide a wire cutting implement -in ivliichoneot the cutting elements is of a removable or replaceable character to permit the substitution ot a new cutting` edge `for an old and worn edge.

With the above and otherobjects in view,

the invention resides in the details of con-` struction.` combinationand arrangement oi parts as will be hereinafter more fully point; ed. ont and described, reference being` had to the accomllianying drawings, wherein yFigure l is a side elevation oa toolicon strncted in accordance with the invention.

Thev invention is constructed primarily of an elongated member l ot relatively thick stock and tapering rearwardly from its-most thickened portion 2 to provide a handle 3, while at its foremost end it terminates in claws 4. On one side the thiclrenedportion ot the member projects upwardly above the plane of the handle inarcuate curved formation `to provide an ottsetv portionv he.- tiveen the handle and the claw end le.
