To these ends the invention consists in various details of construction and combinations of parts, all of which will be hereinafter more fully described and particularly pointed out.

In the drawings Figure 1 is a plan view of a bath tub with my improved separable shower-bath ap aratus in place;

Referring now more particfilarly to the several figures of the drawings wherein similar reference characters indicate like parts in all of the views, the numeral 10 represents a conventional form of bath-tub, having the usual feet 11 for spacing it above the floor, a substantially vertical foot 12, side walls 13-13, flaring slightly, and a head 14 sloping at a considerable angle. as bath tubs are ordinarily made.

In view of the following description it will be seen that l have provided an extremely simple construction. wherein the continuous pipe contacts with the inner walls of the tub, and are supported thereby, and all auxiliary supporting means for the pipe are dispensed with.
