IMPROVEMENT IN INSIDE BLlNDS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 139,899, dated June 17, 1873; application filed May 14, 1873.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, DAMON Y. KILGORE, of the city of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have inventeda certain Improvement in Inside Blinds, of which the following is a specification My invention relates to the combination of bands with the perpendicular web of Whatever material, by means of hinges made in staple or other form, so that the slats may be connected or detached at will by pushing them through the bands. The bands being attached to the lace or web at the edges of the slats, the latter may be opened in either direction, or closed at pleasurewvhile the lace or web remains straight or extended.
