To all whom it may concern:
Beit known that I, E1111. BAUMBL ATT, Jr., a citizen of the United btates, residing at Philadelphia .in the county of Philadelphia and, State 0 Pennsylvania, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Cuffs or Sleeves for Shirts; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full clear, and exact description of the invention, such as ill enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
My invention relates to cuffs or sleeves for shirts.
Among the objects of my invention are:
0 produce a end or sleeve that is attached to the remainder of the garment by means of snap buttons and button-holes.
To produce a cuff or sleeve that can be quickly and easily detached from the .remainder of the garmont'when desired,,the part remaining on the person having no metal parts, pockets or buttons which might serve as a carrier of-germs', thus rendering my improved cult or sleeve especially suitable for use by physicians, surgeons or anyone who may have occasion to work without a cufi' or lower sleeve portion.
