A belt buckle comprising a body having rearwardly turned side walls, a clamp lever pivotally mounted in said Walls a portion of said lever forming a bail for receiving one end of the belt, pivot ears on the under side of said lever, and a roller clamp mounted in said ears to engage the other portion of the belt with a rolling grip to bind the same against the inner face of the body portion.
